The eBay.com.au “ThankYou Fans Week 1” promotion (“Promotion”)is based on the following terms and the information published on how to enter(“Terms”). Please read these Terms before entering the Promotion. If you participate in the Promotion you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the Terms.
Eligibility
1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of We Are Social Pty Ltd, eBay Inc. (“eBay”), and their associated agencies and related bodies corporate (“EligibleEntrant”).
Start and end dates for Promotion
2. The Promotion commences on Wednesday, 19th March 2014 at 18:20 (AEDST) and concludes on Tuesday25th 2014 at 23:59 (AEDST) (“PromotionPeriod”).
3. Entries must be received by 23:59 (AEST) on Tuesday 25th March 2014. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online form is received by thePromoter’s database.
How to enter the Promotion
4. The Promotion will be advertised on http://www.facebook.com/eBay.com.au (“eBay.com.au Facebook Page”).
Entry
To enter,you must:
a. View the Facebook Post on ebay.com.au’s Facebook wall either via the wall directly or from your Facebook newsfeed;
b. Respond to the entry mechanism in the comments section of the post with an original submission;
c. Once live on the wall,your Entry is submitted.
EachEntry will entitle you to one (1) entry in the prize judging.
How many times can I enter the Promotion?
5. There is a limit of one(1) Entry per Eligible Entrant. If you submit more than one entry, your first entry will be the only one entered in the judging for the Promotion.

6. The prize pool for this Promotion is as follows:

Total prize pool: AU$11998RRP (including GST).
Prize Judging
7. ThePromotion is a game of skill. Entries must be the Entrant’s original work. Two (2) Winners will be selected by a panel of representatives from the Promoter who, at their discretion will select the Winners based on creativity and originality. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every entrant. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winners will be notified of their Prize via a reply on their Facebook comment by Thursday 27th. By entering this Promotion, you agree to your name being published on the ebay.com.au Facebook Page if you are a Winner.
Unclaimed prize judging
9. If a Prize remains unclaimed at 27th April 2014, the prize will be awarded to the third best entry in the competition as determined by the judges at the original judging. The Winner will be notified within 3 days of 28 April 2014 and will be notified of their Prize via a reply on their original Facebook comment.
Change of contact details
10. If your details change at any time between the date you enter the Promotion and 21st March 2014, please notify the Promoter. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries or Prizes that cannot be submitted or delivered because your details have changed.
11. In the event of any uncertainty as to the claim to a Prize or the identity of a Winner, the Prize will be forfeited.
When will an entry be invalid or rejected?
12. Entries into thePromotion may be invalid or the Promoter may reject entries if eBay or thePromoter reasonably forms the opinion that an entry is invalidated for any reason, including but not limited to the entry being:
a. made using automated entry means or by use of a computer entry service;
b. late;
c. incomplete;
d. incorrect or incomprehensible, including if an entrant provides the wrong details;
e. breaches ebay.com.au’s User Agreement;
f. fraudulent, misleading,deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter or eBay;
g. unlawful;
h. offensive, or contains profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements,;
i. capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
j. capable of giving rise to civil liability;
k. made on behalf of an entrant by a third party or otherwise by proxy;
l. the entrant fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction; or
m. submitted in a manner that is not accordance with these Terms.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process.
14. The cost of accessing the promotional website and entering the Promotion will be borne by the entrant.
