CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Discount Drug Stores Facebook Competition – WIN an iPad 2 & 3x Life Space Probiotics (of your choice)

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. The promoter is Discount Drug Stores PTY LTD, Level 1, Sherwood Rd, Toowong, QLD 4066.
3. The competition commences on the 21st of March 2014 at 9.00am EST, and concludes on the 4th of April 2014 at 11.59pm EST.
4. Entry is open to all Discount Drug Stores customers and Facebook fans who are residents of Australia (excluding ACT & NT residents), except employees of the promoter and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies.
5. Eligible entrants must complete the form on the Discount Drug Store Facebook competition page at http://www.facebook.com/discountdrugstores
6. Prize consists of 1x iPad 2 16GB Black with WiFi and 3x Life Space Probiotics of your choice. The total prize value is over $500 RRP. Prize value is calculated based on current standard retail pricing.
7. Any change in value occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
8. The winner will be judged based on the quality of their provided answer. This judgement will be final and there will be no opportunity to rebut the decision.
9. Winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided. If no response is received within 14 days, a new winner will be chosen.
10. The winner will be posted on the Discount Drug Stores Facebook Page and the Discount Drug Stores website until 20 days after the winner has been selected and accepted their prize.
11. The winner’s prize will be sent from Discount Drug Stores Head Office to the winner’s nominated postal address.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prizes.
13. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
15. By entering this competition you give the promoter permission to contact you for future promotional purposes.
