Terms and Conditions of Entry
General
1. Information on how to enter CYBERSHOP’s 8 iPads in 8 Weeks competition form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Who can enter
3. Subject to clause 4, entry is open to anyone who is aged 16 years or older as of the date of entry, and who have fulfilled the requirements set out below.
4. The Promoter’s employees are ineligible. The Promoter’s employees’ immediate family members are eligible. An immediate family member is classified as any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. The Promoter is CyberGroup Pty Ltd (ABN 60 156 461 255) of Unit 2-3/471 William Street Perth, WA 6000 AUSTRALIA(‘Promoter’).
How to enter
5. Entrants may enter the competition simply by Liking our promotional link and then filling out the entry form.
6. Entrants will require a valid Facebook account held under their own name in order to enter.
Number of Entries Permitted
7. One (1) entry per Facebook account will be counted.
8. Entrants may gain additional chances to win based on the number of people they share the link to.
Additional Terms and Conditions
9. Entrants found to have registered multiple Facebook accounts in order to gain additional entries will have all additional accounts disqualified leaving only the first Facebook account entered being eligible for a prize.
10. Each Facebook account can only win a single prize over the course of the entire promotional period.
11. Links shared to Facebook accounts that are deemed to be ineligible for this competition in accordance with clauses 4 and 9 of these terms and conditions will be discounted.
12. Prizes must be claimed in store within 7 working days of being listed as a winner.
13. Prizes are strictly non-transferrable and are not redeemable for cash or any other form of voucher.
14. Winners will be posted on CYBERSHOP’s Facebook page (facebook.com/ComputerCybershop) and website (www.cybershop.com.au)
15. Prizes not claimed within the time frame described in clause 12 will be invalidated and assigned to the runner-up winner.
16. The default way to claim a prize is to present in store with valid ID, winners may opt to have their prize shipped to them by claiming with proof of ID via email however they will be responsible for paying the freight costs associated with shipping their prize to their location.
Copyright, Statutory guarantees, Waiver and liability
17. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received. The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants’ personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners).
