CRVA – Experience 12 Days of Christmas 2013

CRVA will once again bring the Christmas cheer early through the 12 Days of Christmas social media campaign

This year, CRVA will run two separate 12 days of Christmas competitions across its two consumer Facebook pages: Experience Caravanning and Camping AND Camping for Kids.

To complement this competition, CRVA will also run daily competitions for extra entries by ‘sharing’ daily posts which will be the ‘viral’ element of the 12 Days of Christmas and encourage consumers to visit and ‘like’ our partners’ pages.

The ’12 Days of Christmas’ competition last year was a social media success receiving 3,872 entries, while the ‘Refer a Friend’ competition received 2,078 entries resulting in 8,559 shares with other Facebook users being exposed to the Experience Caravanning and Camping brand.

During the promotion, the Experience Caravanning and Camping Facebook page based on weekly figures, received 7.3 million impressions (this refers to the number of times the status update was loaded into a browser’s memory), had a viral reach of 342,626 people seeing a post from our page by us or their friend and a total reach of 489,871 over the duration of the competition.

The competition this year will begin 3 December 2013 (Tuesday) and will run for 12 days consecutively until 15 December 2013.
