You are providing your information to the owner or operator of this Facebook page and not to Facebook or any of its partners or application developers. • These conditions of entry relate to the “12 Days of Christmas” promotion organised by Exclusive Tyre Distributors, 30 Gow Street, Moorooka, QLD, 4105, Phone 1800 681 298 (“Promoter”). • By entering the competition, participants shall be deemed to agree with these conditions of entry. • Entry is open to Australian residents only, who are fans and followers of the Cooper Tires Facebook page, but excludes all employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies and all their associated advertising agencies. • To be eligible to win, participants must be a fan of the Cooper Tires Facebook (they must “Like” the page) and submit their entry in the app provided on Facebook • Entrants may enter multiple times and must like (and continue to like for at least the duration of the promotion) the Cooper Tires Facebook page as well as enter their details in the competition app (housed on Facebook) to be eligible to win • The promotion commences on the 2nd of December 2013 at 2:00pm AEST and will conclude 14th December 2013 at 5:00pm AEST. • The winner will notified by email and will be also be posted on the competition app of the Cooper Tires Facebook page. • There are (12) individual prizes to be won. • The daily prize will be displayed each day for 12 days on the Cooper Tires Facebook Page and all prizes will be drawn at the end of the 12 days (not daily). • The winners will be selected at the end of the 12 days and winners will be notified by the 17th December 2013. • The winner will be selected by: Random Draw • The prize is not transferable, cannot be sold, exchanged or returned and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
