To be eligible to enter, individuals must log onto http://www.facebook.com/CliniqueAustralia and follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, including installing the Facebook App and allowing permissions and follow the instructions on the screen to play the game.

Information on how to enter and prizes for part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to residents from Australia, aged 13 years and over only. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their legal guardian, on the winner’s behalf. Directors, management and employees of Clinique Australia Pty Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (Including an entrant’s identity, age, Clinique employment status and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
There is a maximum of one (1) winning entrance per day, per entrant. There will be a total of one (1) winner per day of competition.
Promotion commences 9:00am AEST 01/12/2013 and closes at 11:59pm AEST 12/12/2013 (“Promotional Period”).

The total maximum prizepool value is $3,960.
Prior to the Promotional Period, the Promoter will randomly select times for the Clinique Gift Packs to be won. The winners will be notified immediately with an instant win page prompting winners to enter their contact details to receive their prize (name, address, phone number and email). The winner must complete their full contact details in order to receive their prize, and if they fail to complete the form, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entrant.
All winners will be notified in writing by email to the email address provided and will be announced in The Australian newspaper on 19/12/2013. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a prize in the event of an entrant failing to comply with these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize by 19/03/2014. If the prize/s remains unclaimed by that date, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 10.00am (AEDT) on 02/04/2014 at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. The unclaimed prize winner/s will be contacted by phone & in writing within 2 business days of the draw. Any winner will also be announced in The Australian newspaper on 09/04/2014.
All valid claims for prizes will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. Printing errors or other quality control matters will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize. All instant prizes must be redeemed during the Promotional Period.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers. Employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
