The Promoter of this competition is Cellarmasters Pty Limited. ABN 950 767 279 49.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia (excluding residents of the Northern Territory) who are 18 and over. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoters associated companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotional period: 12.00am (AEST) 31/10/13 to 11.59pm (AEST) 15/12/13.
4. Eligible entrants are classified as anyone who answers the question ‘Tell us what you are dreaming of this Christmas in no more than 25 words for your chance to win’. Limit of one entry per person/email address – MULTIPLE ENTRIES WILL BE DELETED. Every entry submitted by each draw date will be considered for the prize.
5. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on the basis of creativity and relevance to the theme “I’m dreaming of a…Christmas”
6. The Prize winner will be judged from valid entries on three dates during the competition. Prize winner 1 (Penfolds Grange) will be judged at midday on 18/11/13 and announced on Facebook on 19/11/13. Prize winner 2 (Veuve Clicquot) will be judged on 02/12/13 and prize winner 3 ($300 Gift Card) will be judged on 16/12/13 at Cellarmasters, Level 1, 26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. If the winners of the draw cannot be contacted, is unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeits or does not claim their prize then the promoter will conduct a second chance choice.
7. The winner will be announced on Facebook and notified via email.
8. There will be three winners who will win three different prizes in the order of: a bottle of Grange; a 6-pack of Veuve Clicquot; and a $300 wine voucher. Total prizes value up to the value of $1568* (*based on recommended retail price). All wine will be selected by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for slight changes in exact prize value between now and the date on which the prize is awarded.
9. The Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the Prize and he/she should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.
10. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with the conduct of the Promotion or from participation in the Promotion or redemption of the Prizes.
11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, destroyed, stolen or lost in transit.
12. The prize must betaken as stated and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
13. All delivery costs will be paid for by the Promoter. Winners will have to sign upon delivery of prize.
14. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to in writing by the Promoter.
15. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking. Legal-aged consumers should be advised to consider safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines up to 6 standard drinks on anyone day, no more than 3 days a week for males and up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week for females.
16. The terms and conditions within may be amended &edited during the promotional period without notice to the Entrants.
