Promotional Terms and Conditions.
1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotional period begins on the 15 May, 2014 and ends at the latest on the 31 May, 2014 at 11.59pm AEDST.
3. Eligible entrants simply need to interact by Liking, Sharing or commenting within an “On our way to 17k” Bluemouth Facebook thread during the promotional period – for the entry to be considered valid.
4. Employees of Bluemouth Interactive, Nintendo, associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
5. Only one entry (being a “like”, or a “comment”, or a “share”) per person will be entered into the random draw.
6. The random draw will take place either (i) On the next business day after 17,000 subscribers to Bluemouth Interactive’s Facebook Page has been exceeded. or (ii) on 31 May, 2014 11.59pm AEDSTwhichever occurs first.
8. If 17,000 subscribers is exceeded prior to 31 May, 2014 11.59pm AEDST, a random draw will be completed (on the next business day at 10am) and the promotion closed just prior at 9:50am. A post, advising that the promotional period has closed will be made by Bluemouth Interactive on its Facebook page.
If 17,000 subscribers is not exceeded by 31 May, a random draw will occur on or around at 10.00am on 2 June, 2014 at Bluemouth Interactive, Suite 1502, 9 Yarra Street, South Yarra, 3141. Four Prize winners names will be published on the Facebook page by 3 June, 2014. Winners will be advised via Facebook.
9. The first randomly drawn – eligible entry will receive:

10. Photo Identity may be required to claim the major prize. A clear link between the Facebook page of the winning entry, and the person claiming to be the winner and the rightful owner of the Facebook account– must be demonstrated by the claimant.
11. If a dispute as to the winner’s identity arises, a Commonwealth statutory declaration must be signed in the presence of an authorised witness to justify the claimed identity. Two persons may not claim ownership of the one Facebook account. In such as case, the prize claim will be deemed invalid to both winners and a re-draw performed.
12. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 26 September, 2014 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such a draw is required – winner will be notified via Facebook.
13. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
