How to Enter:
To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below):
-Already be a Club Betta member and/ or
-Spend over $30 in-store or online with a participating brand: Dyson, Asko, Beko, Fisher and Paykel, Haier, Breville, Sunbeam, Electrolux Home Products brands, Beefeater, Smeg, Vintec, LG, Bissell, Hisense, Russell Hobbs, Remington, George Forman, TCL, King Koil; and supply their contact details and/or
-Enter via weekly Facebook post on Betta’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/BettaAU.
The competition commences on 13/09/2021 at 12:01 AM and closes 11/11/2021 at 11:59 PM (‘Promotional Period’). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. If any draw date falls on a public holiday, as defined in the state of the Promoter, that draw will be conducted on the next business day. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
Subject to clause 17, a winner will be the first valid entry drawn at Promoter’s Premises at Unit 18 56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm, QLD 4009 on 15/11/2021 at 11:00 AM. The winner will then select one (1) envelope from a pool of sixty (60) on 15/11/2021 at 11:30 AM. The winner or winner’s representative may be present. Otherwise, the winner will be contacted by phone and can authorise for the Promoter to conduct open the envelopes on their behalf. There will be one envelope with the prize of $60,000 noted in it. The other envelopes will have $0 noted in it . The contents of the envelope picked by the winner will determine the prize the winner wins. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.
The draw and the announcement of the prize winner will be scrutinised by an independent person.
Sixty entries will be drawn weekly to win the minor prizes at Promoter’s Premises at Unit 18 56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm, QLD 4009 on 21/09/2021, 28/09/2021, 05/10/2021, 12/10/2021, 19/10/2021, 26/10/2021, 02/11/2021 and 09/11/2021 at 11:00AM.
The winner will be notified by email and their name will also be published within two business days of the draw. at https://www.betta.com.au/ for 28 days.
