Auto Europe – Win a $1,500 Pre-paid Visa Card
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Promotion Name
a. “Where would you go with $1500?”
2. Conditions of Entry
a. Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry by each entrant. Entry is via Internet only.
b. Entry is free and open to residents of Australia aged 25 and over (“Eligible Entrant”), who enter the promotion in the required manner.
c. Employees of DAH Holdings Pty Ltd (Auto Europe) and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
d. This competition is open to residents of Australia living in Australia Capital Territory, Queensland, New South wales, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria only.
3. Duration of the Promotion
a. Entry into the competition opens at 9:00am (AEST) Monday, 24 March 2014 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 30 April 2014 (“the Promotional Period”).
4. How to Enter
5. Eligible entrants can enter the promotion in any of the following ways during the Promotional Period:
A. Persons who do not currently ‘like’ https://www.facebook.com/AutoEuropeAustralia must go to https://www.facebook.com/AutoEuropeAustralia and select ‘like’ this page. The competition is then entered by posting on our wall in 25 words or less stating your answer to the following question “Where you would go with $1500?”
B. Persons who currently ‘like’ https://www.facebook.com/AutoEuropeAustralia must go to https://www.facebook.com/AutoEuropeAustralia, and entered by posting on our wall in 25 words or less stating “Where you would go with $1500?”
C. Persons who do not currently ‘follow’ https://twitter.com/AutoEuropeAU must go to https://twitter.com/AutoEuropeAU and select ‘follow’ this page. The competition is then entered by tweeting us in 140 characters or less stating “Where you would go with $1500?”
D. Persons who currently ‘follow’ https://twitter.com/AutoEuropeAU must go to https://twitter.com/AutoEuropeAU and then enter by tweeting us in 140 characters or less stating “Where you would go with $1500?”
E. Persons who do not currently “follow” https://plus.google.com/+AutoeuropeAu/ must go to https://plus.google.com/+AutoeuropeAu/ and select ‘follow’ this page. The competition is then entered replying to our post “Where you would go with $1500?” in 25 words or less.
F. Persons who currently “follow” https://plus.google.com/+AutoeuropeAu/ must go to https://plus.google.com/+AutoeuropeAu/ and enter by replying to our post “Where you would go with $1500?” in 25 words or less.
6. Points 5A. through F. will result in a maximum of one (1) “primary entry”.
7. Eligible entrants must remain Liked, +1’ed or Followed to the Auto Europe Australia Facebook, Auto Europe Australia Twitter or Auto Europe Australia Google+ Account for the duration of the ‘Promotional Period’ and at the time of the draw.
8. The total maximum number of entries per person is one (1).
9. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries
10. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Websites remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
11. Any details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid and will result in an ineligible entry.
12. By entering the competition the winner consents to the use of their name, state of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional fees or charges incurred when using or redeeming a prize.
14. Details of Prizes
a. There will be a total of twelve (12) prize winners. The total prize pool is valued at $2200.
b. The prizes are made up of one (1) x $1,500 Pre-paid Visa Card (first prize), one (1) $500 Auto Europe voucher (second prize) and ten (10) x $20 Petrol Cards (follow up prizes).
c. The Auto Europe Voucher may only be redeemed by a person or persons over the age of 25 and all drivers must hold an unrestricted Australian license. This voucher may be transferred with approval from the Promoter but cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any damage to the persons or vehicles or any other additional costs incurred by the winner before, after, or during the rental period.
15. Prize Draw
16. All entries received will be reviewed by the Auto Europe Australia Marketing team and 12 winners will be selected
17. The prize draw will take place at Level 1, 157 Walker Street, North Sydney 2060.
18. Notification of Winner
19. The prize winner will be notified by private message through the website they entered on and by the publication of their name on all of our pages on the 3 social websites on Monday 5 May, 2014 before 5:00pm AEST.
20. The Promoter will assist the Prize Winner as much as is practicable to ensure the prize is taken according to these terms and conditions.
