Extraordinary World Trivia Promotion- Terms & Conditions of Entry

Acceptance of conditions

1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these
conditions. Persons who enter this competition (“Entrants”) accept
these conditions.

Restrictions on entry

2. Entry is open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are
aged 18 years or over, and who are not directors, management or
employees (or members of the immediate families of directors,
management or employees) of the Promoter or of the agencies or
companies associated with this competition.

Duration of competition

3. The competition begins at 12.00pm (AEST) on 10 April 2014 and
closes 12.00pm (AEST) 22 May 2014 (Competition Period).

Method of Entry

4. To enter, Entrants must, during the Competition Period:

• Register and play the Extraordinary World Trivia Game at
https://trivia.adventureworld.com; and
• Complete all 6 stages (continents) of the Game (whereby
entrants will have 20 seconds on each stage to answer
as many questions as possible); and
• Once the entrant has completed all 6 stages they will
receive their score and, if applicable, a ranking on the
Leader Board.
If, at the end of the Competition Period, the entrant is in the top one
hundred (100) highest scorers their name will go in to the random draw
for 1 of 6 prizes.

Entrants can complete each continent and game (a
complete game = 6 completed continents) as many times as they like
to achieve their highest possible score.

In the case of a tied result for the top one hundred (100) highest
scorers, the entrant who was first to achieve the high score will be
included in the draw.

The highest score from all games played will be posted on the Leader
Board.

All Entrants who register for the Game by submitting their details will
receive a $100 Adventure World Travel voucher that can be redeemed
with any Adventure World booking of $3000 or more, only applicable to
new bookings and only one voucher can be used per booking/person
(voucher is valid until 30 June 2014).

If the voucher is being redeemed
by a resident of New Zealand the voucher will be awarded in New
Zealand Dollars, and if being redeemed by an Australian resident the
voucher will be awarded in Australian Dollars.

Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing
the internet.
The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic
or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly
is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete,
incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected
entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission,
alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission
interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has
no control over communications networks or lines and is not liable for
any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion,
technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any
consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs
incurred.

Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses or aliases
may be disqualified.

Draw details

7. There will be one (1) prize draw conducted at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor
Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 at 2.00pm (AEST) on 23 May 2014.

8. The one hundred (100) entrants with the highest scores received
during the Competition Period (“Finalists”) will be entered into the draw
– a maximum of one entry per Entrant will be permitted.

Winners will be notified in writing by email and all 6 winners will be
published in The Australian & New Zealand Herald newspapers on 30
May 2014.
The first six (6) Finalists randomly drawn from the top 100 entries
received during the draw period will win the applicable prize as outlined
in condition 9 of these Terms & Conditons. The first Finalist randomly drawn from all entries received during the
Competition Period will win the Major Prize, the next five (5) Finalists
drawn will receive a Runner Up Prize.

Prize details

9. Major Prize: The first Finalist drawn will receive a AU$20,000 travel
voucher to be used with Adventure World Travel (Must be redeemed
within 18 months of being awarded). Maximum retail value is
AU$20,000.

Runner Up Prizes: The next 5 Finalists drawn will receive a Digital SLR
cameras (EOS 700D Super Kit including EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM
Lens). Maximum retail value of each Prize is AU$1349.

10. All vouchers and prizes are subject to the terms and conditions as
imposed by the voucher or prize supplier including period of validity.
The Major Prize is valid to 23 November 2015.
