Active Dental Competition
1. You must be over 18 years of age.
2. You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
3. All treatments must be performed at Active Dental.
4. The Active Dental Credits won are not redeemable for cash.
5. The winner will need to attend for a consultation before any specific treatments are booked.
6. Your teeth must be suitable for which ever treatment you choose to undertake.
7. You must be registered before midnight on 31 May 2014.
8. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email and/or Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours (we will attempt all methods of contact -email, phone and announce the winner on our Facebook) if a winner cannot be found we will redraw the prize until we find a winner every 72hrs
9. All entries and materials submitted to Active Dental in connection with this competition, become the property of Active Dental and each entrant warrants that it has the right to transfer these things, and agrees that Active Dental may use such in the future promotion of its products and services.
10. Entrants will be judged on the quality of their entries in the competition.
11. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of Active Dental and its related bodies corporate and this information may be used for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding products and services including contacting entrants via electronic messaging. Active Dental may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. Such is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
12. Contenders can enter as many times as they want. All entries go to major prize, but each month contenders have to re-enter for the monthly prize.. The winner will need to show photographic identification during their appointment.
