TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

2. Conditions of Entry
a. Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
b. Entry is free and open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over (“Eligible Entrant”), who enter the promotion in the required manner.
c. Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
3. Duration of the Promotion
a. Entry into the competition opens at 10:00am (AEST) Monday, 3 March 2014 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Friday, 30 May 2014 (“the Promotional Period”).
4. How to Enter
Eligible entrants can enter the promotion in any of the following ways:
a. Via the entry form on www.myadventurestore.com/win. The competition is then entered by completing the online entry form for this promotion and ticking the box to accept the competition terms and conditions which include becoming a My Adventure Store email subscriber.
b. Persons in a My Adventure Store retail outlet can complete a valid competition entry form with ticking the box to accept the competition terms and conditions which include becoming a My Adventure Store email subscriber.
c. Persons who do not currently ‘like’ https://www.facebook.com/pages/My-Adventure-Store/178544452233858 must go to https://www.facebook.com/pages/My-Adventure-Store/178544452233858 and select ‘like’ this page. The competition is then entered by completing the online entry form for this promotion and ticking the box to accept the competition terms and conditions which include becoming a My Adventure Store email subscriber.
d. Persons who currently ‘like’ https://www.facebook.com/pages/My-Adventure-Store/178544452233858 must go to https://www.facebook.com/pages/My-Adventure-Store/178544452233858, complete the online entry form for this promotion and tick the box o accept the competition terms and conditions which include becoming a My Adventure Store email subscriber.
5. Points 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d will result in a maximum of one (1) “primary entry”.
6. In order to complete a valid entry form and subscribe to the My Adventure Store email newsletter, eligible entrants will be required to provide their full name, a valid email address, state and mobile phone number. Eligible entrants must remain subscribed for the duration of the ‘Promotional Period’.
7. Eligible entrants who have made a “primary entry” can also receive additional chances in the major draw in the following ways:
a. One (1) additional chance via the Facebook, Twitter and Google + share function located on the competition entry confirmation page.
b. Up to fifty (50) additional chances via the tag your friends share function on the competition entry confirmation page.
8. The total maximum number of entries per person is fifty-two (52).
9. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
10. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Websites remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
11. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the Promotional Websites shall be deemed invalid and will result in an ineligible entry.
12. By entering the competition the winner consents to the use of their name, state of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes.
13. Details of Prizes
a. There will be a total of one (1) prize winner.
b. The total maximum prize value is $10,000.
c. The prize is made up of one (1) x $10,000 My Adventure Store voucher.
d. The My Adventure Store Voucher is to be used by the 31st December 2014.
14. Prize Draw
15. There will be one (1) manual prize draw generating one (1) winner.
16. The prize draw will take place at Level 2, 436 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3000.
17. The time and date of the prize draw is 11:00am on Monday 2 June, 2014.
18. Notification of Winner
19. The prize winner will be notified by email and by the publication of their name on https://www.facebook.com/pages/My-Adventure-Store/178544452233858 on Wednesday 4 June, 2014 before 5:00pm AEST.
20. The Promoter will assist the Prize Winner as much as is practicable to ensure the prize is taken according to these terms and conditions.
21. Unclaimed Prize Draw
22. If the prize has not been claimed by the winner by 9:00am, Monday 8 September, 2014, an unclaimed prize draw for the unclaimed prize will occur at 12:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 10 September, 2014. The unclaimed prize draw will be a manual prize draw. The winner will be notified by phone and email at the time of draw and be published on www.myadventure store.com by Friday 12 September 2014.
23. No Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
