Terms and Conditions of Entry for the Telstra ‘#MyBubleMoment’ Promotion (“Promotion”)

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Telstra Corporation Limited ABN 33 051 775 556 of 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).
The Promotion will be open from 11.30 am local time and will close at 1.30pm local time on 11 April 2014 (“Promotion Period”) or earlier if all tickets are awarded in accordance with clause 10. (this date Must BE WRONG!)
Entry is open to all Australian residents who are Telstra Business customers, over the age of 18 years, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms, retailers or companies associated with this Promotion (including suppliers of prizes), and their immediate families (“Eligible Entrants”).
If an Eligible Entrant is under the age of 18 years, they must have parental/guardian consent to enter. The parent/guardian agrees to these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:
visit #BublèMoment live pop-up activation as specified below:
Sydney – First Fleet Park on 14/04/14 between 12:00pm-2:00pm
(‘Live Activation’) and;
when the Promoter is ready, in twenty seconds create a #BublèMomen using the props provided and the Michael Bublè lookalike and have your photo taken by the Promoter (‘Entry Photo’)
(‘Eligible Entry’)

The Entry must:
be the original, independent creation of the entrant;
not infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy; and have the consent of any person appearing in the Entry.
Onle one entry per Eligible Entrant will be accepted. By entering the Promotion, each Eligible Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may upload their Entry Photo onto the Telstra Thanks website for viewing in a public gallery and use the Entry Photo to advertise the Promotion (including use in the Promoter’s social media platforms). The Promoter has the discretion to:
public display Entry Photos;
approve Entry Photos before public displat; or
remove Entry Photos from display, if judged inappropriate in the Promoter’s sole discretion

Prizes
There are 8 prizes to be won, each being a double pass to see Michael Bublè in concert at Allphones Arena, Sydney on either the 9th May 2014, 10th May 2014, 16th May 2014 or 17th May 2014. Each double pass valued a $319.80 (inc GST)(‘Instant Win Prize’).
During the Live Activation, the Promoter will judge all the Eligible Entries and in the judges absolute discretion will award the Instant Win Prizes randomly throughout the Live Activation to the most creative entries. Judging will take place at the Live Activation by a representative of the Promoter.
The judges’ decision (including any decisions as to prize distribution) is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
The Prize winners will be notified immediately in person after submitting their Eligible Entry if they have been successful in winning an Instant Win Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right, in their sole discretion to request proof of identity and to verify entrants’ details, including confirming they are a Telstra customer. If the Promoter is not able to verify entrants’ details, they will forfeit the prize.
