Oakwood Christmas Pet Pic Competition

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoters are Oakwood Lodge Pty Ltd (ABN 12057199238 ) “Oakwood Products”, of OTP House, Suite 5, 10 Bradford Close, Kotara NSW 2289.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 13 years and older, who are followers of the Oakwood Pet Care Facebook page – www.facebook.com/petcareoakwood
4. The promotion commences at 9:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST) on Monday, 2nd December 2013. The competition will close at 2:00pm (AEDST) on Wednesday, 18th December 2013.
5. To enter, eligible entrants must:
1. Follow the Oakwood Pet Care Facebook page by clicking the ‘Like; button.
2. Submit an original photo of their cat or dog, in which they own the rights.
3. Submit during the promotional period and adhere to deadlines.
4. Gain at least 3 likes to their photo to be eligible for the prizes.
5. Be able to provide their information for the purpose of mailing out the prize.
6. Be willing to submit the creative ownership of the visual material to Oakwood Products.
7. Follow Facebook rules and regulations.
6. Each entry will be judged on uniqueness, creativity and suitability to the criteria required. A group of Oakwood Products representatives will form the judging panel for this promotion and reserve the right to decide on the winner.
7. All valid entries are automatically entered into the competition. Eligible entrants will go before the Oakwood Products judging panel.
8. The winning prize consists of approximately $100 of Oakwood Pet Products and $250 of pet products, chosen by Oakwood Products. The two minor prizes consist of approximately $50 of Oakwood Pet Products and $50 of pet products each, chosen by Oakwood Products.
9. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prize packs are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
11. Winners will be notified by 4:30pm (AESDT) on Wednesday, 18th December and prizes will be posted at the discretion of Oakwood Products representatives.
12. All entrants consent to Oakwood Products using their name and image in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition, social media, brochures and any other products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Oakwood Products.
13. Oakwood Products takes no responsibility and will not be liable for any damages to the prize during transit or be liable for any damage that occurs to the prize once received by the winner.
14. Oakwood Products will not be responsible for: a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction within the prize packs; b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected.
15. Oakwood Products reserve the rights to disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person.
16. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures of any cause beyond the control of Oakwood Products, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Oakwood Products may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where required.
17. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
18. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. Entrants are providing their information directly to Oakwood Products and not Facebook. The information entrants provide will be used for verification of eligibility for the competition.
19. By entering this competition, all entrants acknowledge that they may be contacted via email for promotional purposes by Oakwood Products and are opting into to Oakwood’s promotional database.
