IGA – Win Weekly Prize with Easter 2014 Recipe Competition

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
To enter:
Entrants must go to the IGA Easter website page at www.iga.com.au/easter.
Entrants must submit their own original recipe in a step-by-step manner via the competition entry form, listing their recipe ingredients, method and attach an accompanying image. The entrant’s details, including name and contact information are collected at the time of their submission.
Entrants are required to include at least one of the listed products from IGA in the creation of their recipe.
One entrant each week during the Entry Period will be selected as a winner and their recipe will be published on the IGA website, with a link to it from the IGA Easter website page. The winning recipes can be shared on the IGA Australia Facebook page.
Multiple entries will be accepted, however, each entry must be submitted as a separate entry.
The competition commences at 8am on 26 March 2014 (EST) and closes at midnight on 15 April 2014 (“Entry Period”).
Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period.
Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service, will be void.
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s).
All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on the Promoter’s decision as to the creativity or originality of the entry. 1 entry for each week of the Entry Period will be selected as a winner by a panel of judges from the Promoter and/or its associated agencies. Judging will take place at 2pm on the dates set out below at 50 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113.
The best entry for each week of the Entry Period, as determined by the judges, will each receive a prize.

Total RRP value of total prize pool = $1,698 including GST. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The redemption of IGA gift cards are subject to other terms and conditions and may only be valid for a limited period of time.
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone on or by the dates listed above. The Promoter will use its reasonable efforts to contact each winner. The Promoter will arrange for each winner’s prize to be delivered to the winner.
If the Promoter is not able to contact any winner(s), the Promoter reserves the right to assign the prize to the entry judged the next best entry in the competition.
Prizes are not variable or transferable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
In the event that any prize (or any part of a prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this competition. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this competition. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify cancel, terminate or suspend the competition.
Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
By participating, entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry is assigned to the Promoter. The entrant agrees to sign any further documentation required by the Promoter to give effect to this assignment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any moral rights in any materials submitted as part of their entry and waive all moral rights in such materials.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice and their entry in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition) and for promotional purposes surrounding this competition. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their information as described and, if the entrant consents, agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. The Promoter will handle the entrants information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.metcash.com.au.
