STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clauses 2.2 and 2.3, entry is open to all residents of Australia.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
2.3 Entrants must be 14 years or younger to enter this competition. Proof of age may be requested of the winners.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Saturday 29th March 2014 at 00:01 (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 4th May 2014 at 23:59 (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 To enter the competition, entrants must first download one of two craft projects from www.elmers.com.au. Entrants must complete the downloaded craft project using an Elmer’s product. Entrants must then take a photograph of their craft project with their Elmer’s Glue clearly visible in the picture, and upload their picture to www.elmers.com.au and fill in their details.
3.3 Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like, however only one prize will be awarded.
3.4 Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period.
3.5 The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
3.6 The Promoter may request the winning entrants to forfeit their project and supply it for use in marketing purposes.
4. HOW TO WIN
4.1 The entry judged to be the best based on creative use of Elmer’s glue will win a Samsung 7” Galaxy Tablet. Two runner ups judged to be the next best based on creative use of Elmer’s glue will win a Double Movie Pass to Event Cinemas. Winning entries will be selected from either of the two downloadable craft projects.
4.2 Judging will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 7th May 2014 at Jasco Pty Ltd, Unit 2, 118-122 Bowden Street, Meadowbank NSW 2114. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Jasco Pty Ltd.
4.3 The winners will be notified by phone and or mail by Friday 9th May 2014.
4.4 Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in and way.
