To enter viewers must send in a recipe along with a photo of the cooked recipe. Entries must be
sent to morningscomp@nine.com.au and entrants must also supply their full name, address, and
daytime contact number.
AND the entry must not be, without limitation:
a) late;

p) capable of violating any law;
q) capable of giving rise to civil liability.
All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and NOT at the time
of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for late, lost or misdirected entries, or entries not
received by the Promoter for any reason whatsoever. Entrants should not send in original copies
of their entries. No responsibility will be taken by the promoter in the event that the original entry
is lost or damaged in editing.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: each entry must be submitted separately and
in accordance with entry requirements and must be substantially unique
Judging will take place at Promoter’s premises 24 Artarmon Road, Willoughby NSW 2068 on
Sunday 18th May 2014 at 16:30 AEST. The best seven (7) entries as determined by the judges
will have their recipe cooked in Mornings by a celebrity chef each week between Monday 19th
April 2014 and Friday 30th
June 2014.

THE PRIZE
1. Once the seven (7) recipes have been cooked in Mornings they will be rated out of ten (10 being
the highest score) by the promoter. Whichever entry receives the highest rating will be deemed
the major prize winner and will win 1 x kitchen aid voucher valued at $5012.25 and $5000.00
cash. The winner will be notified by phone and mail using the contact details given in their entry
and announced in Mornings on Monday 7th July 2014. The prize includes;
