Micador EGG-CELLENT Colouring Competition Terms & Conditions
1. By entering the Micador EGG-CELLENT Colouring Competition (“The Competition”), all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), so please read these Terms carefully.
2. The Promotion is open to Australian residents up to the age of 15 years old, excluding employees of Micador Group and anyone professionally associated with The Competition. Please note that as per Facebook Policy, the entrant, or any person submitting the competition entry on behalf of the entrant via Facebook should be 13 years of age or older.
3. The Competition commencement date is Friday 21st March, 2014 at 12:01AM AEDT. The Competition closing date is April 21st, 2014 at 11.59PM AEDT.
4. How to enter: Entrants can collect a Micador Colouring sheet from any Big W store, or download one here, and colour it in. Entrants should take a photo of their completed colouring sheet and upload it via the Competition entry page accessed via www.facebook.com/micador, and complete all required fields.
5. One entry will be permitted per entrant, per day. No purchase is required to enter.
6. This is a game of skill. Runner up winners will be determined based on the most skillful, creative and original entry versus those of the same age, as determined by a Micador representative. The winner of the major prize will be based on the most skillful creative and original entry overall, with consideration to their age, as determined by a Micador representative at Micador Group Offices in Dandenong South, Victoria, on April 22nd, 2014 at 10:00AM AEDT.
7. The Prize winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the closing date of the Competition, and will be required to provide delivery details within 30 days of being notified.
8. The winner’s details will be announced online at micador.com.au and the competition page found at facebook.com/Micador, within 7 days of the closing date of the Competition. If any prizes remain unclaimed after a period of three (3) months following the winner’s notification, they will be forfeited and another winner will be selected by a Micador representative, at Micador Group Offices in Dandenong South, Victoria on the July 22nd, 2014 at 10:00AM AEST.
9. The Major Prize is a Micador Art & Craft pack valued at AUD$500RRP. The runner up winners from each age level will win one (1) Micador Easy Carry Painting Activity Set each, valued at AUD$25 each (total of 14 Runner up prizes, making a total prize pool of AUD$850). Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. All products are subject to availability, no rainchecks will be available. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the Prize. The Prizes are non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable. The Major Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Micador Group is not responsible for the Prizes once they have been despatched to the winner. The Prizes will only be shipped to an Australian address.
10. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to subscribe to Micador email communications. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link on all Micador email communications. All personal information collected is done so in accordance with Micador’s Privacy Policy.
11. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used for the Promoter’s marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. We may use the abbreviated names of entrants and/or their entries for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction.
12. No responsibility will be taken for any lost, damaged, or misdirected entries, or technical issues that may arise during submission.
13. We reserve the right to: (i) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value; (ii) in exceptional circumstances, and with the permission of relevant regulatory authorities vary, amend or cancel this promotion at any time on reasonable notice, including varying the closing date for the promotion; (iii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry to the promotion if they are in breach of these Terms; and (iv) amend these Terms with the permission of relevant regulatory authorities, in which case we will use reasonable efforts to notify such changes to entrants and potential entrants.
14. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Micador Group will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the prize or The Competition.
15. The decision of Micador Group is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Facebook has no association or jurisdiction over the Competition. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants are providing information to Micador Group and not to Facebook.
17. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
