Yen magazine – WIN AN ELEMENT EDEN PICNIC RUG, Worth Over $500

The creative kids at Element Eden are true believers in cool older sisters, sweet threads and well-designed picnic rugs.

Element Eden was founded in the early ’90s by Johnny Schillereff, a man who thankfully never forgot that it was his sister who introduced him to his beloved skateboard. In 1999 Johnny and his wife Kori boldly created a clothing line for female skateboarders, essentially saving them from extinction and providing us with some darn fine clothing and accessories.

Element Eden also leads the industry with its Advocates Program. Consisting of artists, musicians, filmmakers, social activists, environmentalists, poets, designers, skaters and many other creative types, the Advocates Program aims to present a broader and more realistic definition of what it means to be a woman, earning them a spot on our ‘Organisations We Are Crushing On’ list.

In addition to being total champions, Element Eden has also released limited edition picnic rugs. How limited? A grand total of three have been made… and we’d like you to have one. After all, it’s probably about time that you ditched the old tartan rug you’ve been hoarding in the boot.

To win a limited edition picnic rug just tell us in 25 words or less: ‘What are five key elements for the ultimate picnic?’
