Terms and Conditions – Eureka Street Pty Ltd Lucky Draw
1. Each lucky draw is open to any Eureka Street Pty Ltd customer prospective customer.
2. A customer shall be eligible to participate in a lucky draw provided that:
(i) entrants have entered a Eureka Street Pty Ltd store during the Qualifying period of the lucky draw;
(ii) entrants have not previously entered the lucky draw prize;
(iii) entrants have completed and entry form completely leaving no blanks.
3. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, this lucky draw is not open to employees of Eureka Street Pty Ltd and anyone directly connected with the lucky draw and or Eureka Street Pty Ltd.
4.Eureka Street Pty Ltd reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any customer (who would otherwise be eligible) who have breached any of the terms and conditions.
5. Information gathered in the application form will be collaborated in a data base and may be used for marketing purposes.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, each eligible customer shall be entitled to a maximum of one lucky draw entitlements per lucky draw if he satisfies the terms and condition.
7. The winners of each lucky draw will be picked from all eligible lucky draw entitlements.
8. The qualifying period ends on 31 December 2013
9. The draw will be conducted in early January 2014 at Eureka Street Pty Ltd Head Office

10. Winners will be notified by phone or email. Eureka Street Pty Ltd shall have the right to publish the name of the winners in newspapers, Facebook and our website and in its promotional materials (inclusive of publication on the internet).
11. If the winner is unable to personally collect their prize, they can give a letter of authorisation to authorise another party to collect his/her behalf. Identification of the authorised person must be produced.
12. In the event the winner can not be located at the time of collection of the prize, there shall be a re-draw in 2 days time.
13. If the prize is not collected within (2) months from the date of the notification call or email it will be deemed unwanted and will be allocated to another eligible customer.
14. Prize is for the RRP of the furniture not its sale price.
15. Eureka Street Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria and allocation of lucky draw entitlements from time to time at our absolute discretion.
16. Eureka Street Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the lucky draw prizes with or without notice to customers. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at Eureka Street Pty Ltd sole discretion.
17. Eureka Street Pty Ltd decision on all matters relating to the draws shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
