The promotion commences at 11/11/2013 and closes at 12.00pm ACST on 08/12/2013 (“Promotional Period”). All entries received after 12.00pm ACST on 08/12/2013 will not be included in the draw.

The first ten creative entries chosen will be deemed the winner and receive the prize. The winner will be determined at 11.00am ACST on 18/12/2013 at 209 Fullarton Road, Eastwood SA 5063.

There are 10 prizes to be won. Prize consists of a Wendys Large Frozen Yoghurt voucher. RRP $3.30. Total RRP value of prize = AU$33.00. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to travel insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals, drinks, transfers, spending money and other transport and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
