Terms and Conditions.

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
2.2 Employees of Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM) and associated park and resort managers, park employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Employees of all divisions of NRMA and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or first cousin.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences 29 January 2014 (AEST) and concludes on 4 pm 12 February 2014 (‘the competition period’).
3.2 To enter the competition entrants must visit the NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Parks Facebook page during the competition period and enter the competition via the Facebook application.
3.3 Entrants acknowledge that by entering the competition, their details will be added to the entry list. Information will not be passed to any third party and entrants can remove their entry at any time. Facebook is not a sponsor or administrator or in any way associated with this promotion and has no liability or involvement in the running of this competition.
3.4 Any duplicate names will be placed into a random draw so that only one entry per name is applied to the final list of names.
3.5 Only names entered via the official entry form will be accepted.
3.6 Entrants acknowledge that any name entered will become the property of ATPM and its affiliates.

4. PRIZES
4.1 The prize is 3 nights’ accommodation in a Lagoon Deluxe Villa for a family of up to 6 (two adults and four children) at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Park. Subject to availability. Additional persons, facilities, activities and services are not included in the prize. This prize is valued at a maximum price of $918.00. The winner will be invited to attend the official opening of the waterpark at their own expense during March 2014 (attendance is not compulsory)
4.2 The prize is not redeemable during the following dates:
• 4 to 26 April 2014 inclusive
• 27 June to 12 July 2014 inclusive
• 19 September to 5 October 2014 inclusive
• Not valid during school holidays, public holidays and special events.
This prize must be taken before 23 December 2014 and is subject to availability. If for any reason the winner does not use the prize before 23 December 2014, the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited.
4.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Entrants who have successfully entered the competition in accordance with the terms and conditions, will be selected at the office of Australian Tourist Park Management, Suite 133, 72-80 Marine Parade, Coolangatta, QLD, 4225 before 4pm on Friday 14 February 2014. The winner will be chosen after the following procedure:
• A team of judges made up of ATPM and NRMA Senior Management will review all the entries and decide on a winning name for the Treasure Island Waterpark based on the following criteria:
o Fits with Treasure Island Holiday Park pirate theme
o Is not offensive in any way
o Is memorable and creative
o Is marketable and unique
o Does not infringe on any copyright
o Is not an exact copy or of close resemblance to any other company in the surrounding area
5.2 The winner will be contacted by Facebook within seven days of the selection. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited. Upon claiming the prize, the winner may be announced on NRMA Holiday’s Parks Facebook page and possibly in other forms of marketing such as in an e-newsletter.
5.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or hinders the promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, strike or act of terrorism, the promoter may cancel or postpone the competition.
6.2 ATPM, NRMA and associated holiday parks and resorts take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 ATPM, NRMA and associated holiday parks and resorts will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
