General
(a) Styletread Pty Ltd, Unit 3, 35 Carter Street, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127, styletread.com.au
(b) Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
(c) By entering any competition promoted by Styletread you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms as advised by Styletread.
(d) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Styletread includes its parents, related and subsidiary companies, past present and future officers, agents, representatives, and employees.
2. Entry requirements
(a) Entrants must be residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older.
(b) The employees, agents and contractors or family members of Styletread are not eligible to enter the Competition.
(c) The competition can be entered online via: http://www.styletread.com.au/verali-competition.
(d) To enter, Eligible Entrants must tell us in 25 words or less: Which of these (1. Kerr Black, 2. Gia Grey, 3. Bron Leopard 4. Cruz Silver) Verali shoes do you love? And how would wear them?
(e) Styletread reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
(f) Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform Styletread if their personal details change prior to the Winner Notification Date.
(g) The 5 most creative answers as determined by Styletread, in its sole discretion, will win one $150 Styletread voucher to purchase Verali merchandise only from the Styletread website.
(h) All entries must include full contact details: full name and email address.
(i) Any person who fails to provide the full information in the manner requested as part of the entry process will not be eligible for any competition prize.
(j) Entries to this competition open on Thursday, March 20 2014 at 9:01am (AEST) and will close Thursday, April 3 at 11.59pm.
(k) Styletread reserves the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are aware of the latest terms and conditions.
3. Judging
(a) Entries will be judged at the Styletread’s office at Unit 3, 35 Carter St, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, 2127 on Friday, April 4 2014.
(b) This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of winners. Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on the basis of creativity as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion.
(c) The prize winners will be notified by email at the details provided in their entry. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winners. Styletread will not be liable to any prize winner who cannot be contacted at the details provided in their entry.
(d) If Styletread is unable to contact the prize winners after reasonable efforts, Styletread may assign the prize to the entry judged the next most creative answer in the competition.
(e) The decision of the judges is final and will not enter into correspondence or communication regarding the judges’ decisions.
4. Prizes
(a) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
(b) Styletread will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any prize under this competition.
(c) If a prize referred to in this competition becomes unavailable for any reason Styletread reserves the right to substitute that prize for a similar item of similar value.
(d) Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Styletread accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
(e) The total amount of the voucher (AU$150) must be redeemed in one transaction only and must be used to purchase Verali merchandise only.
(f) Voucher must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.
(g) Prize winners agree to participate in any promotional activity promoting Styletread, prize sponsors and/or the competition at the reasonable request of Styletread.
