Just register your details below and you could be one of the Yellow Pages Tradies to the Rescue! We have a whole lot of DIY disasters that need fixing and you could be exactly what we need!

Your expertise will fix a DIY disaster, we’ll cover the job bill and you can win $2500 for taking part.

*must be available to complete the job between 3-7 March 2014

Entrants must be:
– aged eighteen (18) years and over
– a qualified and licensed tradesperson
– listed in the Yellow Pages

Stage 1
To enter, entrants must, during the Contesting Period visit the Website, register their details and answer in 25 words or less “Why
are you the best tradie to fix our DIY disaster?”
The Promoter will judge entries to determine two finalists in accordance with Judging Details below.

Each finalist must complete repair works on a listener’s “DIY disaster” (hereinafter referred to as “the Home Owner”) as nominated
by the Promoter. The Promoter will cover the reasonable cost of labour and materials required for repairs, up to a value of $5,000.
Once each finalist successfully completes repair works on the “DIY disaster” to a standard approved by the Promoter, they will be
deemed a Prize Winner.

The fulfillment of cash prizes is yet to be determined by the Prize Provider. Cash prizes may be awarded in the form of a cheque,
or; by an EFT transfer to the winner’s nominated bank account. Cash transfers / cheques may take up to thirty (30) working days
to process prior to being ready for collection / postage, from the date the Prize Provider contacts the Winner to confirm their details.
Winners will be notified once cheques are ready for collection, should that be the method of prize fulfillment.
The Promoter will reimburse each finalist with the reasonable cost of labour and materials required for repairs, up to a value of
$5,000. Finalists must produce valid receipts/invoices as proof of purchase of the requisite materials. The Home Owner must cover
any additional costs. The Promoter is not liable for any late payments made by the Home Owner.
‘After’ photographs of a finalist’s repair work will be provided to the Promoter by the Home Owner. These photographs will be
displayed on the website www.tradierescue.com.au and will be compared with another finalist’s repair work. By entering this
promotion, entrants agree that if selected to be a finalist, these photographs will be used in additional promotions which will be
open to public vote.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss of income any entrant, finalist or winner incurs by taking part in this promotion.

Finalists conduct repair work at their own risk. The Promoter is not liable for any damage caused to the Home Owner, finalist or
winner’s property or person during the promotion. Finalists will be required to sign an indemnity prior to commencing any repair
work.

Finalists must complete all repair work within three days of commencement.

Entrants must have permission of the owner/manager of their business to enter the promotion.

To be deemed a finalist or winner, entrants must have public liability insurance and must produce a certificate of currency at the
Promoter’s request
