TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. USER AGREEMENT
By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. ENTRANTS ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is not open to employees of JORDANS AND RYVITA COMPANY PTY LTD., AC AGENCY or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prizes. By entering, you accept these terms and warrant that you are:
(a) Eighteen (18) years of age, or above.
(b) Entering the competition once only on Facebook.
(c) Providing a valid email address.
(d) Are a resident of Australia.
(e) Agreeing to receive future communication from JORDANS AND RYVITA COMPANY PTY LTD via the supplied email and or Facebook, with the option to ‘opt out’ at any time.
(f) Allow Peazie access to your Facebook information for Competition purpose only
3. UNAUTHORISED USE OF THE COMPETITION
An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the Promoter and any person associated with the Competition, and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible to enter.
4. PRIZE
There is one prize in total consisting of:
(a) $2000
If for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason the event is unable to go ahead, it will be at the discretion of the Promoter whether or not to provide an alternate prize. The Prize will be delivered to an Australian address of the winners choosing.
5. LENGTH OF THE COMPETITION
The promotion will run on Facebook between 12:00 A.M.,MONDAY, 17 FEBRUARY, 2014 and 11:59 P.M., until FRIDAY, 14 MARCH, 2014. The winners will be notified on MONDAY, 17 MARCH, 2014 and the winner’s name will be announced on the RYVITA Facebook page on the same day.
6. THE ENTRY PROCESS
By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions to enter the Competition form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into the Competition is free. Entries must include all requested contact details and a 25-words-or-less answer to be eligible to win. Each entry must be unique and received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time. The competition is a game of skill and the winner will be selected based originality of their answer. In the event the prize winner is unable to accept the prize, the Eligible Entrant with the next best entry as judged by the judges will be deemed the new winner of the prize. The Eligible Entrant that is deemed the new winner will be notified by email or Facebook account within 3 business days of the judge’s decision.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to JORDANS AND RYVITA COMPANY PTY LTDand not to Facebook. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
