Entrants must:

d) Submit the completed entry form.

Post-it® & TEDx Sydney Quiz Promotion
1.This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by 3M Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 90 000 100 096), Building A, 1 Rivett Road, North Ryde NSW 2113, Australia (the “Promoter”).
2.The promotion will be administered by Slingshot Digital Ventures Pty Ltd, (ACN 150 786 164) of Level 11, 68 York St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
3.Entry to the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4.Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 13. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and Slingshot Digital Ventures and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
5.The Promotion runs from 02.00PM (AEST) 10 March 2014 to 05.00PM (AEST) 24 March 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
6.No entries received later than 05.00PM (AEST) 24 March 2014 will be accepted.
7.Entrants must:

8.Entries must not be, without limitation:
i) Late;
ii) Delayed;
iii) Incomplete;
iv) Incomprehensible;
v) Obscene;
vi) Defamatory;
vii) Libellous;
viii) Threatening;
ix) Pornographic;
x) Harassing;
xi) Hateful;
xii) Racially or ethnically offensive;
xiii) Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
xiv) Capable of violating any law; and/or
xv) Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
9.The Promoter may disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which places the fair and proper conduct of the competition at risk.
10.The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or corrupted entries, however this may happen.
11. If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain the prior permission of your parent or guardian to enter.
12.This is a game of skill.
13.Two (2) entrants will receive prizes.
14.There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant may submit, but each entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize.
15.There are two (2) prizes.
16.The prize consists of one (1) Flight Centre gift voucher with an RRP of AUD$1000.00 and one (1) TedX ticket with an RRP of AUD$250.00.
17.The Flight Centre gift voucher will be rewarded only if the winner needs to be flown to Sydney, Australia to attend the TedXSydney event.
18.The winner must be available on Saturday, April 26th all day to attend the TedX Sydney event.
19.This total prize pool has a RRP of AUD$2500.00.
20.All winners will be selected at 12.01PM 25 March 2014 in the offices of Slingshot Digital Ventures, Level 11, 68 York St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
21.Entries will be judged by a panel of independent judges. Judging criteria: Creativity / content quality of each qualifying entry. Decisions of the judges are final.
22.Winners will be notified no later than 4.30PM 26 March 2014 through email provided in the entry process. Winners will need to provide to the Promoter the address to which they would like their prize sent by registered post?
23.In the event that any prize winner has not provided an address to send the prize to by the close of business 4 April 2014, an unclaimed prize selection will take place at 12.01pm on 7 April 2014 at the offices of Slingshot Digital Ventures, Level 11, 68 York St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
24.Winners of the unclaimed prize selection will be notified no later than 4.30PM 8 April 2014 through email provided in the entry process.
25.No element of any Prize is redeemable for cash or to be resold for cash or profit in any way.
26.In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize(s) at the time stipulated then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner/s and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize/s.
27.If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation.
28.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the taking of the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
29.If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner for the purposes of distributing the Prize, that winner will forfeit the prize entirely and it shall be awarded to the next selected winner in the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable where a winner forfeits their prize.
30.Entrants will be invited to opt-in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the right to participate in the promotion or selection of the winners.
31.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
32.This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering, you understand that any personally identifiable information you provide in connection with the Promotion you are providing to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
