National Pharmacies is offering members the chance to win one of five Mother’s Day gift packs

To enter, members must fill out all components on the entry form online by midday on Wednesday 7 May, 2014.
Entrants will be put into the draw. Five winners will be chosen based on the best response to the question. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Each winner will receive a Mother’s Day gift pack. There are 5 packs in total.
Pack 1 is valued at $217.94, Pack 2 is valued at $264.85, Pack 3 is valued at $288.54, Pack 4 is valued at $292.35, Pack 5 is valued at $298.95

The winners will be notified by telephone on Wednesay 7 May, 2014.

One entry per person.
The competition will start Wednesday 23 April and will go through until midday Wednesday 7 May,2014.
