Valentine’s Day Promotion

1. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
2. The Promoter is Muffin Break Pty Ltd ACN 007 192 529 of Level 1, 424 New South Head Road, Double Bay NSW 2028, Australia.
3. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 13 years or over. It is assumed that entrants are 13 years of age or over as they have a registered Facebook account and are adhering correctly to the Facebook platform terms and conditions. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
5. The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining a winner.
6. Entrance to the Promotion is via the Muffin Break website (www.muffinbreak.com.au).
7. The Competition Question answers will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% written expression.
8. Entry requires the entrant to answer the question in 25 words or less, “How will you surprise your Valentine this year?”
9. The Promotion commences at 4.00pm on 31.1.2014 and ends at 6.00pm on 14.2.2014.
10. The answer deemed to be both the most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be determined as a winner of a Prize available in the Promotion.
11. There is no limit on entries per entrant but each entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize.
12. One (1) winner will receive a Prize.
13. The Prize consists of AUS$1,500.00 in the form of ANZ Visa Gift Cards
14. The Prize (in whole or in part) is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
15. The judging will take place on 17.2.2014 at the Promoter’s offices.
17. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The Promoter may make copies of or publish any entry in any form or media.
19. The winners will be announced in the comment thread of the specific post.
20. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 14 calendar days of judging, their Prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter within 14 days and a new winner will be selected.
21. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value, specifications or individual components of the Prize.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
23. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time.
25. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
26. Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if entrant is not the age of majority in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and Facebook, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any claims made by the winner, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
