“Lily, Easter Egg Hunt Competition” – Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter, the prize details and the prize selection procedure forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Huhtamaki Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 43 003 122 843) of Level 2, 3 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes, NSW, 2138. Ph: 1800 043 584 (“Promoter”).
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. ‘Immediate family’ means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
This competition commences at 12:01am (AEDT) Monday 17th March 2014 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday 20th April 2014 (“Competition Period”). The four winners will be judged at 11:00am (AEST) Monday 28th April 2014 respectively. All prizes will be judged at the offices of Huhtamaki Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 43 003 122 843) of Level 2, 3 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes, NSW, 2138 by a judging panel.
The Promoter’s and judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry and continued participation in the competition is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at www.facebook.com/terms.php.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints about this competition must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable for, and by entering into this competition you agree to release Facebook from, any and all causes of action, any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of participating in the competition (including taking/use of a prize), except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law. Entrants understand that they are providing their personal information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. All personal information an entrant provides in relation this competition will only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
Entry to the competition will be via the Lily Everyday Australia website at: http://www.lilyeveryday.com.au/ (“Lily website”). To enter the competition, eligible individuals must have a Facebook account and will need to: (a) visit the Lily website, click on the “Enter” button associated with this competition; (b) locate the all hidden Easter eggs on Lily website, (c) “Like” the Lily Everyday page on Facebook (“Facebook Page”), (d) complete the competition entry form including all requested personal details and answer the competition question “How will Lily products help you entertain this easter….?” (in 25 words or less); and (e) submit the fully completed entry form.
Submission must:
be original and creative;
adhere to the word limit of 25 words or less; and
be in English.
A limit of one (1) entry per entrant is permitted.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Prize winners will be notified by writing and phone within 10 days from the date of judgement. The prize winners will be published in the Australian on Thursday 15th May 2014 and the first name, state and the 25 words or less answers of the four prize winners will also be published on the Lily Everyday Face book page. https://www.facebook.com/lily.everyday.entertaining.made.easy. Upon receiving the written notice, the winners must contact RGC office (Ph: 02 8883 2988) to claim the prize within 3 months of the prize being judged. If a prize winner fails to claim a prize within this period, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited and the Promoter may rejudge the remaining entries that have not been selected as a winning entry, and award the prize to the next best valid entry. Any such winner will be notified via telephone by RGC Advertising and via email.
When an entrant submits any materials via the competition including comments, recordings and images (“Content”), the entrant, unless the Promoter advises otherwise, licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the Content they submit. The Promoter shall not be held liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any loss or liability arising in connection with the Content.
In submitting entries, eligible individuals must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
Entrants warrant and agree that: (a) they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property laws, privacy laws or other rights, or which the Promoter may deem to be defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, unsuitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) they will obtain prior consent from any person or property that appears in their Content; (c) they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content, to the uses and terms herein; (d) their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and (e) they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
Persons that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified and will not be considered eligible to take part in the Competition.
The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. There will be four prize winners chosen by a judging panel of the Promoter, in its sole discretion, based on the creativity of the answer to the question asked.
The prizes will consist of 1 x Grand Prize of a $500 Red Balloon Gift certificate (valued at $500) plus a Lily disposable tableware products hamper (total value of $27.38). 3 x Runner up prizes will also be awarded a $50 Chocolataria San Churro gift certificate (valued at $50 each) plus a Lily disposable tableware products hamper (total value of $27.38). Neither Red Balloon nor Chocolataria San Churro are participants or sponsors of this competition.

The entrant acknowledges and agrees that the value of the prizes stated in these terms and conditions are current estimates of their value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. However if the prize is unavailable, the promoter may replace the prize for a prize of similar quality and price.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality and/or suitability of the prize.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to advise the Promoter of any change of personal details.
If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
This campaign is a national campaign that includes all states and territories within Australia.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable nor can they be taken as cash.
Winners must take the prize as offered. Prizes will be mailed. Once the prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the promoter is no longer responsible for any late or misdirected prizes. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered during the course of this promotion or associated with delivery of the prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any expenses and all other ancillary costs not included in the prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
