1 Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the WIN a phil&teds navigator with Auto Stop promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2 Promotion commences on 12 April 2014 at 10:01 am AEST and closes on 11 October 2014 at 11.59 pm AEDT (Promotion Period).

4 There will be 6 (six) draw periods during the Promotion Period. The first draw period commences on 12 April 2014 at 10:01am AEST and ends on 11 May 2014 at 11:59pm AEST (First Draw Period). The second draw period commences on 12 May 2014 at 12:00am AEST and ends on 11 June 2014 at 11:59pm AEST (Second Draw Period). The third draw period commences on 12 June 2014 at 12:00am AEST and ends on 11 July 2014 at 11:59pm AEST (Third Draw Period). The fourth draw period commences on 12 July 2014 at 12:00am AEST and ends on 11 August 2014 at 11:59pm AEST (Fourth Draw Period). The fifth draw period commences on 12 August 2014 at 12:00am AEST and ends on 11 September 2014 at 11:59pm AEST (Fifth Draw Period). The sixth draw period commences on 12 September 2014 at 12:00am AEST and ends on 11 October 2014 at 11:59pm AEDT (Sixth Draw Period).
5 Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of the Huggies® Baby Club or Huggies® Mum to Be Club (Huggies® Club Members). Entrants who are not already Huggies® Club Members can join online at www.huggies.com.au. Persons less than 18 years of age and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
6 To enter the Promotion (Entry) the entrant must during the Promotion Period:
(1) log onto www.huggies.com.au/promotions (Promotion Website);
(2) click on the “WIN a phil&teds navigator with Auto Stop” Promotion link on the Promotion Website;
(3) accurately enter all personal information into the online entry form for the Promotion;
(4) answer in 25 words or less: How would phil&teds navigator with Auto Stop make your parenting day easier?
(5) agree to the Conditions of Entry by selecting the “I agree to the Conditions of Entry” check box; and
(6) click on “Enter Promotion”.
7 Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
8 A maximum of one (1) Entry may be submitted per Huggies® Club Member per week during the Promotion Period.
9 Each valid Entry received during the First Draw Period will be placed in a draw to be held on 16 May 2014 at 4:00 pm AEST (Draw 1). Each valid Entry received during the Second Draw Period will be placed in a draw to be held on 20 June 2014 at 4:00 pm AEST (Draw 2). Each valid Entry received during the Third Draw Period will be placed in a draw to be held on 18 July 2014 at 4:00 pm AEST (Draw 3). Each valid Entry received during the Fourth Draw Period will be placed in a draw to be held on 15 August 2014 at 4:00 pm AEST (Draw 4). Each valid Entry received during the Fifth Draw Period will be placed in a draw to be held on 19 September 2014 at 4:00 pm AEST (Draw 5). Each valid Entry received during the Sixth Draw Period will be placed in a draw to be held on 17 October 2014 at 4:00 pm AEDT (Draw 6). All draws set out in this condition 9 are collectively referred to as the “Draws”.
10 The Draws will be held at the Promoter’s address. The first valid Entry drawn electronically at random in each Draw will win a phil&teds navigator with Auto Stop from phil&teds (Prize).
11 The Prize consists of one phil&teds navigator with Auto Stop, in either navy, black, cherry or graphite, valued at $699.00 from phil&teds.
12 Each Prize is valued at $699.00 each. There are 6 (six) Prizes to be won. The total Prize pool is up to a maximum of $4,194.00. The value of the Prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion Period and based upon the recommended retail prices at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
13 The Prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged, replaced or redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a Prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
14 Each winner of a Prize will be notified in writing by email within 2 days of the Draw, and each winner’s name will also be published on the Promotion Website.
