1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Only one entry per person will be permitted.

4. The promotional period commences on 17th April, 2014 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 28th May 2014. The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and will begin on 11th June 2014. The winners will be notified by email and telephone using contact details provided in their entry.

5. To enter, entrants must go to http://gourmettraveller.com.au/ and follow the prompts to the competition entry page during the promotional period, and fill in the entry form including their full name, mailing address, current email address, daytime telephone number and tell us in 25 words or less “Why would you love to win this luxurious Waterford Crystal prize pack?” and submit the entry as instructed.

6. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. The Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic work of the Entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information provided to the Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the Entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of this promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.

The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promoter’s or their agents book publications, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

11. The best one (1) entry as selected by the judges will be deemed the major prize winner and will win;

Major prize is valued at up to AU$1596.00. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner.

Total prize pool is $1876.00.

12. Items included in the prize pack (including but not limited to colours, brands, designs, textures, sizes etc) is determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion.

13. Redemption of prizes is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize.

14. All prizes must be taken as offered and is valid for 12 months from the draw date (subject to availability). The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.

15. All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part).

16. If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.

17. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and their companions) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
