FOX SPORTS and Harvey Norman are giving you the chance to win the ultimate A-League Grand Final experience. To enter this fantastic competition, simply tell us in 25 words or less, “Who has been the best marquee player in the 2013/2014 A-League season and why?”
The prize winner will receive an A-League experience that money can’t buy, including:
• Return economy airfares for two from the prize winner’s nearest Australian capital city to the host city where the 2014 A-League Grand Final will be played;
• 2 nights’ twin share accommodation in the host city;
• 2 pitch-side seats at the 2014 A-League Grand Final;
• 1 match ball signed by the 2014 A-League Grand Final team captains;
• A behind-the-scenes tour of the host venue for the 2014 Grand Final;
• A lap of the field during the pre-match warm up
• $500 spending money; and
• 1 x LG 55″ Full HD 3D Capable Smart Curved OLED TV
Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia only. Entrants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian prior to entering. The competition closes at 5:00pm AEST on 21 April 2014. The prize winner must accept or reject the prize by 12:00pm AEST on 30 April 3014. Transport to and from the prize winner’s nearest capital city not included.
1. Competition and Promoter
1.1. By entering the “FOX SPORTS and Harvey Norman Grand Final Experience”
Game of Skill Competition (Competition) and in consideration for the
opportunity to participate in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound
by and observe these Conditions of Entry. Information on how to enter and
prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry.
1.2. The promoter of the Competition is FOX SPORTS Australia Pty Limited ABN
16 065 445 418 of 4 Broadcast Way, Artarmon NSW 2064 (Promoter).
2. Who may enter
2.1. Subject to paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3, entry into the Competition is open to all
permanent residents of Australia.
2.2. Any entrant aged under 18 years must obtain consent from their
parent/guardian prior to entering the Competition.
2.3. The officers, management and employees (and immediate family members of
officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, Harvey Norman
Holdings Ltd (Harvey Norman) and its related corporations and associated
agencies are not eligible to enter the Competition.
2.4. Each entrant may submit an unlimited number of entries in the Competition
during the Competition Period (defined below), provided that each entry is
unique.
3. Competition Period
3.1. The Competition commences at 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time
(AEST) on 9 April 2014 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 21 April 2014
(Competition Period).
3.2. Entries not received during the Competition Period or not completed in
accordance with these Conditions of Entry will not be eligible to win.
4. How to enter
Eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:
(a) go to the FOX SPORTS website (www.foxsports.com.au/win) and
follow the link to the Competition;
(b) enter the details requested; and
(c) tell us in 25 words or less, “Who has been the best marquee player in
the 2013/2014 A-League season and why?” (Entry Question).
5. Prizes
5.1. Judging of all entries received during the Competition Period will be
conducted by the Promoter at 4 Broadcast Way, Artarmon NSW 2064 on 22
April 2014.
5.2. The entrant who submitted the most creative and unique answer to the Entry
Question during the Competition Period (as judged by the Promoter in its sole
discretion) in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will win:
(a) return economy class airfares for the prize winner and one companion
from the capital city nearest to the prize winner’s place of residence to the
host city for the 2013/14 A-League Grand Final (Match) on 4 May 2014,
departing on 3 May 2014 and returning on 5 May 2014, valued at a
maximum of A$3,000;
(b) 2 nights’ twin share accommodation in a four star hotel from 3 May 2014
to 4 May 2014, valued at a maximum of A$1,600;
(c) an Grand Final experience at the Match, which includes:
(i) a pre-match behind-the-scenes tour of the host venue for the Match
for the prize winner and their companion, including a lap of the field
during the warm-up; and
(ii) two VIP pitch-side seats to watch the Match,
valued at a maximum of A$250;
(d) one ball used during the Match which is signed by the captains of the
teams participating in the Match, valued at a maximum of A$160;
(e) A$500 spending money; and
(f) one LG 55” Curved OLED Cinema 3D Smart TV, valued at $7,999.
5.3. The maximum total prize value is A$13,509 (including GST).
5.4. The prize winner will be notified by telephone and writing on 22 April 2014.
The prize winner must accept or reject the prize by 12:00pm AEST on 29
April 2014.
