All sections and information in this document form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions on the part of the participant and their parent/guardian (where applicable).

WHO MAY ENTER?
Entry is only open to persons who are:
(i) Australian residents.
(ii) aged [16] years or over.
(iii) entrants under 16 years must have parent/guardian approval to enter and the parent/guardian must have read and consented to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may request the parents/guardians to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent, and the parents/guardians must comply with such request.
(iv) willing, ready and able to complete all entry requirements at the times and dates set out in these Terms and Conditions, including claiming any prize at the times and dates set out in these Terms and Conditions if they are a winner.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its contractors and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, step parent, step, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether step, natural or adopted by a parent), grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or first cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Online promotion registration starts at 12pm (AEST) on 24 April 2014 and closes at 7pm (AEST) on 2 May 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER?
To enter, eligible entrants must complete the following during the Promotional Period:
(i) visit the Dick Smith Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/dicksmithaustralia
(ii) complete and submit the online entry form in accordance with its directions, including without limitation entering all information required, such as the eligible entrant’s first and last name, mobile phone number, residential address, email address, date of birth and upload their video mimicking their favourite road trip music.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES
Limit of one (1) entry per person.
LIST OF PRIZES
(i) There will be 2 prizes to be won. Two winners will win the following prize:
1 x Megallan Cyclo 500 GPS.
HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED?
(i) Winners will be drawn at random
MAXIMUM VALUE OF PRIZES
Maximum value of:
(ii) Each prize is valued at an estimated $379 AUD
(iii) Total prize pool of $758 AUD
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by 11am (AEST) on 6th May 2014
The winners will be listed on the Dick Smith Facebook page on 6th May 2014
