1 Instructions and information on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry.Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2 Entry is open to Australian residents who are registered Facebook users. Directors, management and their employees of the promoter and agencies,retailers and suppliers associated with this competition and the immediate family members of these people are ineligible to enter.

3 The competition commences Thursday 6th February 2014 at 9.01AM AEDT and ends onThursday 6th March at 9.00AM AEDT (“Competition Period”).

4 To enter, eligible individuals must visit the promotional tab on the DermalogicaAustralia Facebook page http://on.fb.me/1nbnevSwhere

1. accurately provide all mandatory details about themselves including their first name, last name,mobile number, email, address.

2. answer the following question ‘What or who is your favourite duo of all time?’

3. submit the completed form during the Competition Period.

5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or illegible entries. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.

6 Entrants are permitted to submit multiple entries throughout the Competition Period, however each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.Maximum one prize per person for the entire Competition Period.

7 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, deems to be offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the competition. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

8 Each work as an entry or part of an entry (“Work”) becomes the property of the Promoter.As a condition of entry, each entrant irrevocably grants to the Promoter anon-exclusive perpetual worldwide license to use and exploit all intellectual property rights (including without limitation, copyright) in and to the Work and consents to the Promoter doing (or omitting to do) any acts in respect of the Work which may otherwise constitute an infringement of the entrant’s moral rights. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter may use all or any part of an entrant’s Work(s) for any purposes at its discretion, including, without limitation, using the entrant’s Work(s) for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, whether in respect of this competition, the Promoter, or otherwise.Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the Work submitted is an original literary work of the entrant, which does not infringe any rights of any third party. A breach of the warranty set out in this condition will result in the entrant’s entry being invalid. In addition, each entrant indemnifies thePromoter against all loss, damages and costs incurred by the Promoter arising from that entrant’s breach of the warranty set out in this condition.

9 Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the content they submit. ThePromoter shall not be liable in any way for such content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that: (a) they will not submit any content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights,defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent,abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion,origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 14, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) they will obtain prior consent from any person or property that appears in their content; (c) they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the content, to the uses and terms herein;(d) their content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and (e) they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation,those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems. Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant indemnifies the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.

10 Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

11 All valid entries will be judged by representatives of the Promoter based upon creative merit. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

12 There will be one winner in the Competition Period. The best, valid entry received during the entry period, as determined by the judges in accordance with clause11 in their sole discretion, will be selected as the overall winner. The winner will be chosen on Friday 7th March, and notified via email within 7 working days.

13 The winner will receive a Double Cleansing prize pack consisting of a year’s supply ofPreCleanse and Cleanser (5x PreCleanse 150ml; 3x PreCleanse Wipes; 3x 500mlGrey Line Cleanser). Total prize pool is valued at a minimum $531.00 RRP.

14 Prizes and are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If thePrize is unavailable for any reason on unsuitable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for that Prize.

15 In the event of thePrize not being accepted or claimed by 6th April 2014, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to distribute the Prize to the next best valid entry that has not already received a prize.

16 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.

17 The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition. If the competition is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control,including due to any technical or communications problems, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition subject to approval from any relevant authority.

18 ThePromoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any entrant who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process or the competition.

19 The laws ofNew South Wales apply to this competition to the exclusion of any other law.Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

20 Nothing in these conditions of entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these conditions of entry would contravene any statute or cause any part of these conditions of entry to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these conditions of entry all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute,general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non-ExcludableGuarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits)whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under thePromoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax implications; and/or (f) a Prize, Sample or use of a Prize or Sample.

21 ThePromoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may use any personal information entrants provide in connection with this competition for the purpose of running the competition, and also in advertisements,publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the competition. If entrants do not provide the information requested they willnot be able to enter the competition. Unless the entrant has ticked the“opt-out” box on the entry form, the Promoter may also use personal information entrants provide to send information about the Promoter’s products and services(including via electronic means). Entrants should direct any request to access,update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
