Prize/Prizes
There will be one (1) Major Prize Winner selected from entries received throughout the entire competition.
The Major Prize comprises the following:
The Major Prize Winner and a guest will receive a half day photo shoot at Bauer Studios, 54 Park Street Sydney NSW 2000 Australia, including hair and make-up prior to the shoot, at a time and date to be agreed in consultation with the Promoter (valued at up to $5,000)
The Major Prize Winner and a guest will each receive a wardrobe valued at up to $1000. Clothing items comprising the wardrobes will be chosen by the Promoter on the basis of sizing provided to the Promoter at the time of prize redemption. Wardrobes must be worn in the photo shoot described in Section 2.2(a). (valued at up to $2,000).
Both the Major Prize Winner and guest will each receive a 6 month Cleo Magazine subscription (valued at $59.40).
The Major Prize Winner will receive a double movie pass to see Vampire Academy. (see additional terms and conditions at Condition 10.7) (valued at $35)
The total value of the Major Prize is $ 7,094.40
There will be twenty-four (24) Minor Prize Winners selected from entries received throughout the entire competition.
The Minor Prize includes:
1 x double movie pass to see Vampire Academy. (see additional terms and conditions at Condition 10.7) (valued at $35.00)

The total value of the Runner Up Prize is $35.00
The total value of the Prize Pool is $ 7,934.40
The Prizes do not include:
Multiple guests. The Major Prize Winner is to pick 1 guest for the redemption of all prize elements.
Transport costs, accommodation, spending money, meals or any other expense associated with attending the photo shoot forming part of the Major Prize. As such, the Major Prize Winner and their guest must commit to making their own way to 54 Park Street Sydney NSW 2000 Australia on the time and date agreed with the Promoter in order to be eligible to be awarded the Major Prize.
Transport to and from movie screening location.
Any additional items, funds or equipment which may be necessary to redeem the prize.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Major Prize winner will not be eligible to receive a Minor Prize.
All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes; and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
Who may enter

The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are residents of the place specified in Condition 1.1, who have attained the age specified in Condition 1.2 (if an age is specified in that condition), who are not (i) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or (ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors.

“Immediate family” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.

“Promoter” means ninemsn Pty Ltd ABN 33 077 753 461.
Entrants bound by conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
How to enter

To enter, entrants must:
Read and accept these terms and conditions;
Log onto http://www.cleo.com.au/cleo@play/win/vampire-academy-comp, follow the prompts to the entry form and register their details (full name, address, daytime telephone number and email address, among other things); and
Upload a photo and answer a 25 words or less question that conforms with the below instruction:

Selection of winner
At the time and date specified in Conditions 1.7 and 1.8, the judges will choose a winner. The winner will be the entrant who has been judged to have entered the most creative, humorous and original response to the question asked in Condition 5(d).
Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Chance plays no part in determining the winner/s.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their entry will be published along with his or her first name and State/Territory on http://www.cleo.com.au/cleo@play/win/vampire-academy-comp and other pages on pages on www.cleo.com.au. Your entry may be moderated and disqualified if in the Promoter’s opinion the entry:
is or contains an element that is objectionable, offensive or inappropriate for publication (including but not limited to content containing profanity, nudity or potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images, language or other material);
contains material that may infringe a third party’s rights; or
is otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions
Moderation of the publication of entries is in the Promoter’s sole discretion. An entry will be disqualified if the Promoter considers that the entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No correspondence will be entered into.
Special conditions of entry
All entries must be:
the original independent creation of the entrant;
owned by the entrant; and
free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.
Entries must not:
have been published previously;
have won prizes or awards in other competitions;
be restricted in any way; or
infringe any third party rights.
It is a condition of the awarding of each prize that the winner must, if requested to do so by the Promoter, sign and return any Affirmation of Eligibility to Enter, Ownership of Entry, and Release and Compliance statements provided to the winner by the Promoter. The failure to return the signed statements will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Limitations on entry
There is no limit to the number of entries per person, subject to the following:
each entry must be substantially unique;
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements;
each entry (including the photograph) must be created by the entrant submitting it;
each entry (including the photograph) must not infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights; and
the content in each entry (including any photos submitted in the entry) must be created by the entrant and if they feature a person other than the entrant the person(s) featured in the photo must have consented to their image being used and published in connection with this competition.
Duration
This competition starts at the Sydney time and date specified in Conditions 1.3 and 1.4. Entries must be received by the Sydney time and date specified in Conditions 1.5 and 1.6.
