LINE UP WITH YOUR HEROES PROMOTION Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who: (a) are the parent/guardian of a child who is under 130cm in height and aged between 6 and 10 years of age; and (b) are available to travel with their child in May 2014 on the dates determined by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Coles supermarkets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

3. Promotion commences at 00:01 AEDST on 02/04/2014 and closes at 23:59 AEST on 27/04/2014 (“Promotional Period”).

4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period: purchase any Cenovis product from any Coles supermarket in Australia during the Promotional Period.

5. To enter, individuals must then undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period: (a) visit www.cenovis.com.au/heroes; (b) follow the prompts to the promotion entry page; (c) input the requested details including their contact details, the full purchase receipt, barcode number of the Cenovis product purchased and a twenty-five (25) word or less answer to the following question “What is your child’s favourite football memory and why?”; and (d) submit the fully completed entry form. It is a condition of entry that entrants agree to become a member of the Football Federation of Australia’s Football Family and acknowledge that Football Federation of Australia Limited (ABN 28 106 478 068) of Level 22, 1 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010 (“FFA”) may add their personal information to their database, to be used in accordance with clause 28 below.

6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s and their child’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be substantially unique; (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; (d) unrecognised barcode numbers will be deemed invalid; and (e) only one (1) entry permitted per person per day.

9. Entrants must retain a photocopy of their participating Coles supermarket purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the participating Coles supermarket of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.

10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

11. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining any winner. Each entry submitted will be individually judged based on the literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the promotional question.

12. The winners will be notified by telephone and email. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Entries will be divided into the following State/Territory groups: NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, SA/NT, QLD and WA. The best three (3) valid entries in each of NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS and QLD, and the best valid entry in each of SA/NT and WA, as determined by the judges, will each win a trip for themselves and their child to the “Socceroos Farewell Match” for their child to participate in the line up with players at the Socceroos Farewell Match, valued at up to $3046.35 depending on date and point of departure. The Socceroos Farewell Match will take place on a date in May 2014 and at a location to be determined by the FFA, in its absolute discretion. Each prize includes: two (2) x return economy airfares from a winner’s nearest capital city to the Australian capital city hosting the Socceroos Farewell Match, as determined by the FFA, in its absolute discretion (only provided if a winner does not reside in same State/Territory of the Socceroos Farewell Match); return transfers between the airport and accommodation (only provided if a winner does not reside in same State/Territory of the Socceroos Farewell Match location); two (2) nights 4 star twin share accommodation; breakfast for two (2) people daily; mandatory attendance of each child at the line up practice prior to the Socceroos Farewell Match; return transfers between the accommodation and line up practice; two (2) general admission tickets to the Socceroos Farewell Match; return transfers between the accommodation and Socceroos Farewell Match; the opportunity to have a winner’s child participate in a line up with players at the Socceroos Farewell Match; and AU$250 spending money for each winner .

Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prizes must be taken on the dates determined by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, which will be in May 2014. Prize is subject to booking and flight availability.

14. The winners are responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or supplier once booking is confirmed and ticketed. The winners and their children must obtain travel insurance for the total travel period of the prize. The winners and their children will be responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance and all associated costs.

15. During the entire duration of a prize, a winner must accompany their child. The winners and their children must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.

16. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of a prize. Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.

17. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.

18. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable for reasons beyond our control, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

19. Total prize pool value is up to AU$33510. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
