Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents during the Promotion Period, aged 14 years +, who fulfill the entry requirements and are able to travel to the major prize destination (see Prize Details).

Entrants aged under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent to enter the Promotion.

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. “Immediate families” means spouse, partner, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

Entry Mechanic

To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

1. purchase any TWO (2) Pepsi carbonated soft drink products OR a Ghostbusters 1 & 2 DVD double pack (1984 & 1989) OR Ghostbusters (2016) DVD from a participating Woolworths store or Woolworths Online (not all Pepsi varieties available all stores; DVDs may not be available at all stores. Ghostbusters DVDs available in store from 10/10/2016) (Qualifying Purchase); then

2. visit the Website to complete the entry form including (but not limited to) name, email address, contact number, address (no PO boxes), last five digits of the Qualifying Purchase barcodes and the transaction receipt/online order invoice number.

Computer generated entries will not be accepted.

Daily prizes:
There are 28 daily prizes.
All entries will be categorised by the date on which they are received (00:00:00 – 23:59:59). Daily draws will be conducted each Wednesday at 11:00am (on 12/10/16; 19/10/16; 26/10/16 and 2/11/16) for the preceding week’s entries. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received in each 24 hour period will win a daily prize.

Major prizes:
There are four (4) major prizes.
The major draw will be conducted at 11:00am on 3/11/16. The first four (4) valid entries randomly drawn from all entries received will win a major prize.

Excluding SA, households may win a maximum of one (1) major prize and three (3) minor prizes only.

Maximum Number of Entries

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to Clause 33 and the following:
(a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase;
(b) a maximum of five (5) entries will be accepted per household per day;
(c) a maximum of five (5) entries will be accepted per receipt/invoice (regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases featured on that receipt/invoice;
(d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and
(e) unrecognised receipt/invoice numbers will be deemed invalid.
Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including but not limited to the use of a competition entry service, will be void.

Entrants must:
1. retain a copy of store receipt(s) or order invoice(s) as proof of purchase for ALL entries. (Receipt(s)\invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase. Receipt(s)\order invoice(s) must show that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but prior to entry.); and
2. where an entrant submits more than twenty (20) entries, for each product used for his/her 21st and subsequent entries, the entrant must keep the whole label/packaging from the product purchased and used to enter;

(together, Promotional Materials). Failure to provide the Promotional Materials when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all of an entrant’s entries invalid and forfeit their right to any prize.

Daily Prizes:
Each daily prize is an AU$500 Woolworths gift card.

Major prizes:
Each major prize is a trip for two (2) people to New York, US and comprises:

Return economy class airfares for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to New York
Return airport/hotel transfers
Six (6) nights in 5 star accommodation including breakfast
AU$2,000 prize money
20 minute helicopter ride for two (2) people
New York City CityPass for two (2) which covers entry to:
The Empire State Building,

The Metropolitan Museum of Art
Top of the Rock Observation or Guggenheim Museum

Each major prize is valued at up to AU$19,720 (inc GST) depending on the winner’s location of residence.

All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.

Travel is valid until 20/9/2017. Block out periods include all Australian school and public holidays along with all other special event periods.

All bookings must be made a minimum of 45 days in advance of requested departure dates. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Major prize is not refundable or transferable. In the event a winner is <18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. (Or where a person participating or nominated to participate in a major prize is <18 years, a parent or legal guardian of the participant must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.)

Winner and participant must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity prior to departure. Any alterations to confirmed prize details will be at the expense of the winner and will only be permitted with the Promoter's prior consent. Visas, valid passports, spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and participant as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.

Winner and participant are required to sign an indemnity in a form approved by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and all involved parties prior to participating. If they do not sign that indemnity form, they will not be able to participate. The winner and participants agree to comply with any reasonable directions or guidelines notified to them by the Promoter or its agents.

Prize Delivery

Where applicable, prizes will be delivered by the Promoter to each winner at the winner’s nominated prize delivery address. A signature on delivery may be required.

Additional Terms

No aspect of a major prize may be transferred. If the Promoter has reason to believe that a winner has transferred a prize or any element of a prize to another person (other than the accompanying participant) without the permission of the Promoter, the winner’s entry or claim will be deemed invalid and the prize will be forfeited by both the winner and transferee. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent participant complies, with the conditions which accompany any travel, tickets, or accommodation won in conjunction with the Promotion.

To participate in the activities which may be awarded as part of a prize, the winner (and participant, as applicable) must comply with applicable physical, health and fitness, and any other requirements associated with the particular activity. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that they (and the participant, as applicable) are sufficiently healthy and fit so as to safely undertake the activities included in a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to request that a winner (or a participant, as applicable) provides medical evidence that he/she is are sufficiently healthy and fit so as to safely undertake the activities included in a prize. The winner must comply with all requirements and directions of the people responsible for the conduct of the relevant activity and must ensure that the participant also complies, if applicable.
