Promotion Period:
6pm (AEDT) on 17/10/2021 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 29/11/2021, which is 8pm (NZDT) on 17/10/2021 to 1.59am (NZDT) on 30/11/2021.
Who can enter?
Only Australian and New Zealand citizens and permanent residents who are aged 13 and over.
If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter and if you will be under 18 on the date the prizes (as defined in the ‘What can I win?’ section below) are awarded, it will be awarded to your parent or guardian. By approving your participation or by accepting any prize on your behalf, your parent or guardian accepts these conditions.

Who can’t enter?
Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter; and
(b) the agencies, companies or participating Subway® restaurants including Franchise Owners, Subway® Sandwich ArtistsTM and their operating entity associated with this promotion,
(collectively, the Promotion Entities).
Where will the promotion run?
The promotion will run in participating Subway® restaurants which are displaying promotional materials (Restaurant/s) in Australia (“AU”) and New Zealand (“NZ”).
Qualifying Purchase:
Purchase any Subway® Sub, Salad, Wrap or Panini (NZ only) and any bottled or post mix drink in one transaction (“Qualifying Purchase”). A Qualifying Purchase does not include a Mini Sub.
For New Zealand, your Qualifying Purchase must be made in a Restaurant. This means purchases made online, using the Subway® app, UberEats or any other third-party delivery services will not qualify as a Qualifying Purchase.
How to Enter:
To enter, you must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from a Restaurant and collect your itemised purchase receipt;
(b) locate the promotional sticker attached to your Qualifying Purchase packaging; (c) scan the QR code on the promotional sticker with your smart phone;
(d) visit the Website and locate the entry page, set up an account (if you don’t already have one), enter the unique code (located on the promotional sticker) and provide all other requested information to obtain a game board and play the game for your chance to win (see ‘Game Play’ section below for game instructions).
For the avoidance of doubt, each unique code equals one round of game play.
In order to redeem your prize and/or find instructions on how to redeem your prize, prize winners will be required to visit the Website.
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, playing the game or redeeming a prize, including having the requisite photograph capability.
