Participating Stores
Stores participating in the Promotion include Woolworths stores across Australia (including the Woolworths online store).
Eligible Entrants
The Promotion is only open to residents of Australia who have their parent/guardian’s permission to participate if under 18 years of age, excluding management and employees of the Promoter, its associated companies/subsidiaries, Participating Stores and agencies associated with this Promotion.
“Employees” means any directors, management, employees, concessionaires, consultants, officers and contractors or other such people who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment.
The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
How to Participate
To participate in the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must:
i. during the Purchase Period, purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Store (Qualifying Purchase) and collect their purchase receipt;
For the avoidance of doubt, if more than one Participating Product is purchased in a Qualifying Purchase, then the receipt from the Qualifying Purchase can be submitted for more than one entry subject to limit outlined below;

ii. during the Entry Period, visit www.iandj.com.au/rebel, follow the prompts to the promotion claim page for the “I&J Collect and Get Promotion” (terms and conditions available at www.iandj.com.au/rebel) complete the registration claim form including, but not limited to provding:
their first name and surname;
their date of birth;
their valid email address;
their mobile telephone number;
their residential postcode;
the unique code printed inside the Participating Product;
a copy of the receipt from the Qualifying Purchase in an acceptable format and file size (PDF, PNG or JPG images less than 3MB). The uploaded purchase receipt must clearly show the product purchased, date and time of
purchase;
a password; and
the store where the Qualifying Purchase was made – i.e.
Woolworths).
and submit the completed form. Individuals who select Woolworths as their store of purchase at the time of completing the form will then automatically be entered into this Promotion.
Participating Products
Any specially marked Free Rebel $5 Gift Card promotional carton of I&J frozen fish.
Entry Limits
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; (c) a maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is permitted; and (d) a maximum of ten (10) entries per person overall is permitted.
Required Verification/Proof of Purchase
The following documentation must be retained by Eligible Entrants:
either the original or a copy of their Qualifying Purchase receipt(s)
The Qualifying Purchase receipt(s) provided must clearly specify:
the Participating Product(s) purchased;
the Participating Store of purchase;
the purchase date;
the tax invoice number; and
that payment for the Qualifying Purchase has been received in full.
Failure to produce the Qualifying Purchase Receipt(s) for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
It is the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant to provide the required information.
Draw
There will be four (4) draws conducted for this promotion (each a “Draw”). Entries close for each Draw on the dates and times specified in the table below. All Draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 on at 12noon on the dates and times specified in the table below. All times indicated are AEST/AEDST (as applicable). Un-drawn entries in each Draw will be entered into any subsequent Draw(s). The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

Winner Notification / Publication
The winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the relevant Draw. Any winners from ACT will have their names will be published at www.iandj.com.au from the dates specified in the table above. .
Prizes
The first one hundred and twenty five (125) valid entries drawn in each Draw will each win a $100 WISH eGift Card.
Woolworths Limited is the issuer of the WISH eGift Card but is not the Promoter and is therefore not responsible for the prizes, products, or services under the promotion or the fulfilment of these Terms and Conditions. Woolworths Limited is responsible for the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of the WISH eGift Card. WISH eGift Cards are redeemable at participating stores only. Participating stores may change from time to time. WISH eGift Card terms and conditions apply. See WISHgiftcard.com.au for full terms and conditions and for a list of participating stores.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Total Prize Pool Value
Total prize pool value is $50,000.
Unclaimed Draw + Notification Publication.
Prize Winner /
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 20/03/2018 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. Any winners from ACT will have their names will be published at www.iandj.com.au from 26/03/2018.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Details above and the following clauses collectively form the terms and conditions of this Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the terms and conditions for the “I&J Collect and Get Promotion”.
2. Eligible Entrants are responsible for ensuring their familiarity with these Terms and Conditions at the time of participation. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an Eligible Entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these Terms and Conditions generally.
3. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Term and Conditions and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who participates. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Eligible Entrants can only participate in the Promotion in their own name. Entrants who enter using multiple aliases (e.g. multiple names, addresses and/or email addresses) will be disqualified. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim a prize from an Eligible Entrant if the Participating Product corresponding to the winning entry is returned after the prize has been fulfilled. This clause does not limit or affect the Eligible Entrant’s rights with regards to warranties on the Participating Product.
6. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded a prize to the ineligible person. Payment of the prize value to the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entires will be deemed invalid. Eligible Entrants are responsible for ensuring their correct personal information and contact email address are provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should an Eligible Entrant fail to receive their prize because of a failure to notify the Promoter of correct details or of a change to their details, or for providing invalid information.
8. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant.
9. The Promoter does not warrant that the Participating Stores will be open, at all times during the Promotion.
10. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion website are the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Eligible Entrant’s must submit their entry manually using an internet browser.
11. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any Eligible Entrant invalid if the entrant:
(a) disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter, another Eligible Entrant or potential Eligibel Entrant of, or anyone else associated with, this Promotion;
(b) submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process; or
(c) engages in conduct in relation to this Promotion which is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to the Promoter’s goodwill or reputation.
12. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate, subject to any directions from any relevant authority.
13. As a condition of accepting a prize, winners may be required to (at the Promoter’s discretion) sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or gift supplier in their absolute discretion.
14. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this Promotion via Facebook. However, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Eligible Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Eligible Entrants completely release Facebook from any and all liability.
15. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take / redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability/implications incurred by a Eligible Entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
17. The:
(a) Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities, the Participating Stores and all agencies associated with the Promotion; and
(b) the employees, agents, directors and contractors, of all entities referred to in this clause,
shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or acceptance of a prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
18. Eligible Entrants must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to participating in the Promotion, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in any future promotional material.
19. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to refer the matter to law enforcement authorities and/or to seek damages or such other civil remedies as the Promoter may determine from time to time to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
20. Immediately upon submission by an Eligible Entrant their entry become the sole property of the Promoter.
21. All information Eligible Entrants provide (“Personal Information”) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Promotion and awarding prizes.
22. The Promoter may disclose Eligible Entrant’s Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
OPTING-IN TO HEAR FROM THE PROMOTER
23. If an Eligible Entrant consents to receiving future information from the Promoter by placing a tick in the relevant opt-in box on the online claim form, information provided by the Eligible Entrant will be entered into a database and may be used by the Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities and agencies engaged by the Promoter, for the Promoter’s current and future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them. Should an Eligible Entrant wish to opt out or access or update their information held by the Promoter at any time, they can contact the Promoter as per paragraph 24.
24. The Promoter’s privacy policy can be found at http://iandj.com.au/privacy The Privacy Policy contains information on:
(a) how an Eligible Entrant may access the Personal Information that is held by the Promoter and seek correction of such information; and
(b) how an Eligible Entrant may complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
