This Schedule sets out the details of the “Win a $2500 Myer Gift Card” Prize Draw Promotion.
The Schedule must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Entry (which follow this Schedule).

An individual is an Eligible Person if they are: over 18 years old; and
an Australian resident.
be a valid MYER one Member with a valid mobile number in the member MYER one account.
own a mobile phone able to receive SMS texts
purchase a participating product at a Myer store during the Promotional Period; and
not a Myer employee or immediate family member.
All entries are registered to the primary MYER one Member account, including those purchases made by a MYER one secondary cardholder. It is the responsibility of the MYER one Member to ensure that their details in their MYER one account is up to date, accurate and complete. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time the MYER one account number is registered in the MYER one system and not at the time the MYER one card is scanned. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
Verification Requirements:
The Winner may be required to verify their identity and provide proof of age.
The Winner will be contacted via mail and may be required to verify their details.
Participating Product:
Goods available at a Myer store and excludes purchases of gift cards, iTunes cards, Myer online, commercial or corporate purchases.
Total Number of Entries for Promotion:
Eligible Persons will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
Draw Details: (If a game of chance)
At the time of the Draw there must be at least one valid sale transaction (returns made will be netted off from sales) made during the Promotional Period registered against the MYER one Member’s account in order for the MYER one Member to be eligible to win.

Prize Details:
One (1) entrant selected at random will receive a $2,500 Myer gift card.
Prize Restrictions:
Winner identity including MYER one Membership must be validated and confirmed.
Gift cards cannot be split in value or exchanged for a different brand, type or for any other offer.
Total Prize Pool:
The total prize pool is valued at $2500. (GST does not apply to the issuing of gift cards).

Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified by phone no later than 20 August 2014.
Publication Dates:
Winners will be published in The Australian newspaper on 27 August 2014.
Prize Claim Date:
6 November 2014.
Claim Instructions:
The Prize will be sent to the winner’s postal address as per the address on the MYER one Member account . Once received the winner will be required to contact the Promoter for gift card activation.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements:
If any prize remains unclaimed at 10:00am on 6 October 2014, the Promoter will conduct a second chance draw to award any remaining prize as follows:
