TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – FULL VERSION
1. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and Prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via SMS
only.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who, in the event they are a
winner, are able to travel to and remain in Italy during the relevant travel period in order to
participate in the Travel Prize as set out in Conditions 12 and 13. The directors, management and
employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers,
providers and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion, are
ineligible to enter the promotion.
3. The promotion starts at 09.00 (AEST) on 20/3/14 and ends at 17.00 (AEST) on 16/4/14
(Promotional Period).
4. To enter the promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. Purchase 1 x bottle of Mionetto Il Ugo! 750mL or Il Spr!z 750mL wine from any Dan
Murphy’s store in Australia (Eligible Purchase) and retain the store receipt of their
Eligible Purchase (Store Receipt) as proof of purchase of their entry.
b. SMS their name and the last 4 digits of the product barcode number to 1978 2777.
The service provider is MessageMedia Interactive. Entry by SMS costs 55 cents
(including GST) per message sent. SMS Helpline 1800 205 596.
5. Multiple entries accepted however each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase and
Unique Code, must be submitted separately, and must independently comply with these
Conditions of Entry.
6. Each Entrant must retain and may be required to present proof of each Eligible Purchase in order
to claim a Travel Prize. An Entrant may be required to provide to the Promoter proof of purchase
for all entries made. If an Entrant is unable to provide proof of purchase for any entries made
within the reasonably required timeframes, then those entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and
deemed invalid. Acceptable proof of purchase is an original, copy or scan of the Store Receipt for
each Eligible Purchase made during the Promotional Period. Store Receipt(s) must clearly state
the participating store where the Eligible Purchase was made and must indicate that the Eligible
Purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
7. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive,
crude or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers may infringe any intellectual
property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity will not be accepted as an
eligible entry into the promotion.
8. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of
transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate,
erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

9. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows
an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by
that Entrant invalid.
10. There will be 2 prize pools. One for those that have entered on the basis of purchasing Il Spr!tz
750mL and one for those who have entered on the basis of purchasing Il Ugo. 750mL. One grand
prize winner will be drawn from each prize pool. The 2 prize draws will be conducted on Tuesday
22 April at 10am (AEST). The Prize draws will take place at MessageMedia Interactive at Level
22, 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC. The winners will be notified by in writing by Thursday 24
April. A notice will run in the Australian on Wednesday 14 May. Terms and Conditions will be
hosted on http://termsandconditions.echomedia.com.au. In the event that there are unclaimed
prizes a 2nd draw will take place on 22 July 2014 at 10am (AEST). The unclaimed Prize draws will
take place at MessageMedia Interactive at Level 22, 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC. The
winners will be notified by in writing by Thursday 24 July. A notice will run in the Australian on
Wednesday 13 August. Terms and Conditions will be hosted on
http://termsandconditions.echomedia.com.au. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the
Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Prizes are as follows:
4 Day trip to the Prosecco region and Venice (for 2 people) – 2 available to be won – includes:
a. Return flights for 2 adults flying business class from Australia to Marco Polo airport,
Venice, Italy + transfer from airport to Valdobbiadene (valued at up to $22,370)
b. (Day One) Lunch, short tour of winery and dinner (valued at up to $650).
c. 2 nights double-room accommodation at the Hotel Valdobbiadene (valued at up to
$350).
d. (Day Two) Detailed winery tour, tasting and grand dinner (valued at up to $900).
e. Return to Venice, 1 night double-room accommodation at the Hotel Venice (valued at
up to $830).
f. (Day Three & Four) Guided tour of Venice including boat trip (valued at $1,850).
g. Transfer from Venice to Marco Polo airport (valued at up to $170).
TOTAL GRAND PRIZE per prize value is $27,120 (incl. GST)
TOTAL NATIONAL PRIZE POOL value is up to $54,240 (incl. GST)
12. Travel must be completed by 28 February 2015. Prize must be booked at least twenty-one (21)
days prior to travel. All components of the Prize must be taken together and when offered. Any
element of the Prize not taken will be deemed to be forfeited.
13. Redemption of the Prize is subject to availability and may be dependent on travel class
availability, specific room category availability, any applicable prize supplier or Promoter
representative availability, and any travel ‘blackout’ periods applying (including school holidays
and public holidays). A winner and their travel companion (if any) must travel together and depart
from and return to the same departure point. Winners and their travel companion must make their
way to their nearest capital city for flight departure. If the winner is from Tasmania, ACT or NT
connecting economy class flights from these cities to the nearest flight departure capital city will
be included in the Prize package for the winner and their travel companion.
14. A winner and their travel companion (if any) may not accrue frequent flyer points. Use of a Prize
and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the Prize may be subject to prevailing prize
supplier terms and conditions of use. A Prize cannot be used in conjunction with travel discounts
or special offers.
15. All additional costs not expressly stated, but which may be incurred in acceptance and use of a
Prize, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion (if any). Such additional costs
include, but are not limited to, additional meals and beverages, room service, telephone calls,

laundry services, additional spending money, transport to and from airport departure point, other
transfers, travel insurance, destination taxes including arrival and departure taxes (if applicable)
but excluding airfare related taxes and charges. A winner may be required to present a credit card
at time of accommodation check-in.
16. A winner is solely responsible for their entry and the entry of their travel companion (if any) into
Italy, at their own expense, including ensuring all necessary passports, visas, travel
authorisations, medical advice and recommended vaccinations and immunisations have been
obtained prior to travel and, if required, on or by a date nominated by the Promoter. Failure to do
so may result in the Prize being forfeited.
17. The Prize does not include travel insurance. The winner and their travel companion are
responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage in relation to the Prize. Without
limitation, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by the winner or their travel
companion in connection with taking the prize.
