To enter, pick up an entry form when you spend $100 at any participating store and place it in the entry barrel located in the Good Guys on the Upper Ground Floor.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
1. Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on Monday August 4 2014. Entries close at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Sunday
August 31 2014.
Week 1: Monday August 4 to Sunday August 10 2014 (drawn at 12noon, Monday 11 August 2014)
Week 2: Monday August 11 to Sunday August 17 2014 (drawn at 12noon, Monday 18 August 2014)
Week 3: Monday August 18 to Sunday August 24 2014 (drawn at 12noon, Monday 25 August 2014)
Week 4: Monday August 25 to Sunday August 31 2014 (drawn at 12noon, Monday 1 September 2014)
ENTRY DETAILS
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
3. Entry is open to New South Wales permanent residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within HomeHQ Artarmon and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. Valid entries will be accepted by the following method:
In-Centre Entry
a) Spend $100 in any store at HomeHQ Artarmon during the promotional period.
b) Complete a promotional entry form (available from in-store) including full name, valid email address, phone number and accept the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
c) A valid receipt must be retained as proof of purchase if deemed a winner. Receipts dated outside of the promotional period will not be accepted. Bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) are not accepted as part of this Promotion.
5. An entry that is incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. Maximum one entry, per customer, per week.
DRAW DETAILS
7. This is a game of chance and winners will be drawn at random.
8. Winners will be drawn at HomeHQ Artarmon Centre Management Office, Lower Ground Floor, 1a Frederick Street, Artarmon 2064, weekly at 12 noon on the Monday following the weekly end date (i.e. Monday August 11, Monday August 18, Monday August 25 and Monday September 1 2014).
9. The winner will be notified via phone and email on the same day as the draw.
10. The winner will be announced on HomeHQ Artarmon’s website (http://www.homehq.com.au) and HomeHQ Artarmon’s Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/homehqartarmon) on the following day of the draw.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE DETAILS
12. Three (3) entrants will be drawn weekly for the first three weeks to determine one winner each per the three available prizes for that week and each will be deemed the winner of one relevant prize. One winner will be drawn for the fourth week and will be determined the winner of that weeks prize.
13. A total of ten (10) prizes will be drawn during the promotional period.
14. Each winner will receive the following prizes based on the weekly draw shown below:
a) Week One – drawn Monday August 11 2014 – one prize each for the three drawn winners of an Apple iPad Air Wi-Fi 32GB plus Apple TV valued at $799 each
b) Week Two – drawn Monday August 18 2014 – one prize each for three drawn winners of an iRobot Roomba 630 Robotic vacuum each valued at $599 each
c) Week Three – drawn Monday August 25 2014 – one prize each for three drawn prize winners of a
Nespresso Delonghi CitiZ & Milk machine each valued at $399 each
d) Week Four – drawn Monday September 1 2014 – one prize for one drawn winner of a $1,000 HomeHQ Eftpos Gift Card
The total prize pool is valued at $6,391
15. The prize is to be picked up in person at a mutually agreed time after each individual prize draw. A valid receipt and valid form of photo identification must be shown. The winner will be required to sign a prize register to verify that they have received their prize.
16. Any unclaimed prizes by 1 November 2014 will be redrawn by The Promoter at the same place as the original draw.
16. The prize is not redeemable for cash nor transferrable.
17. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen free gifts once they are claimed and the prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. The gift card prize for week four will have its own expiry date.
18. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
GENERAL
19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered in to a database and the entrants’ names and email addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
20. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
21. By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant participating in the competition. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.

24. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise stated by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter may:
Use this information in any media for future marketing and publicity purposes, including for the purposes of conducting trade promotions and to announce the winning entrant and without any future reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
Contact the entrant with regular communications from the Centre or it’s retailers for the purpose of informing the entrant of any future promotions, specials, events or news.
All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Agent (CBRE) acting on behalf of the Promoter, but remain the property of Artarmon Retail Centre TC Pty Ltd.
