Entry into the Promotion commences at: 6:00am AEST Tuesday 1 June 2021 Entry into the Promotion closes at: 3:00pm AEST Tuesday 8 June 2021

Age Restriction: Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.

Maximum Number of Entries:

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.

For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.

How To Enter:

Phone entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will nominate a featured audio grab on-air (Audio);
(b) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 2410 when they hear the featured audio played on air;
(c) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, a specified number of entrants (as announced by the Promoter on-air prior to each contesting spot) will be selected by the Promoter (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and will each receive one (1) entry into the relevant Draw after confirming their details with the Promoter in the manner required, including their Personal Contact Number;
(d) for the avoidance of doubt, up to two hundred and fifty (250) entrants per day will be placed into the relevant Draw for the opportunity to win a Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants do not need to appear on-air to receive an entry into the relevant Draw, and may be entered into the relevant Draw off-air;
The Promoter will conduct the draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
Draw/s and Answer a call live on-air
In accordance with the Draw Details below:
(a) the Promoter will conduct the relevant Draw;
(b) the Promoter will contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the relevant Draw on their Personal Contact Number (Selected Entrant);
(c) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(d) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the relevant Draw (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
(e) this process will be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (c) above.
