World Gym Toowoomba – Win a Suzuki Swift GL Automatic valued over $24,000
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Competition is only open to World Gym Toowoomba members, excluding Fitness Passport members.
Winner must be a current World Gym Toowoomba member at the time of draw and they must be 18+ and in good standing (not in arrears).
Winner will receive a Suzuki Swift GL Automatic valued at retail price of $24,570 drive away.
World Gym Toowoomba accepts no responsibility for change in the prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
In acceptance of the prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the Winner. Prize includes 12 months QLD Registration, Compulsory Third Party, Stamp Duty and floor mats. Vehicle colour is not guaranteed, and every effort will be made to allow choice of colour but not guaranteed. World Gym Toowoomba shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The vehicle shown is for display purposes and not the prize vehicle. Winner must be available to pickup the car from John Armstrong’s Auto Toowoomba and photo ID will be required on pickup.
If prize is unavailable, a substitute of similar value will be given at World Gym Toowoomba’s discretion.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Competition starts 1st July 2021 and ends Sunday 26th September 2021. Entries close 11.59pm Sunday 26th September 2021.
Winner will be drawn on Monday 27th September 2021 and announced by Thursday 30th September 2021 on social media.
Winner will also be contacted via email and telephone.
Prize must be claimed 15th October 2021. World Gym Toowoomba and World Gym Australia employees, their families and friends are not entitled to enter the draw. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances and events beyond the control of World Gym Toowoomba, World Gym Toowoomba reserves the right to extend or terminate the promotion at their discretion.
