By submitting an entry, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that it is giving UWA permission to use their entry for marketing, publicity or promotional purposes.

By entering into this competition entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions

9 entrants may submit a single entry to the competition

Duplicate entries will be counted as one entry

A the prize winning entries shall be selected by uwa at its absolute discretion subject to clause 15

It is a condition of entry in the competition that uwa has the right to publish the name image voice photograph or video of entrants materials for any matter incidental to the competition or the promotion or marketing of uwa

All entries become the property of uwa once submitted

Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions

Winner will be notified by phone or email on friday the 28th of january

Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by phone or email within five business days of the draw and must claim the prize within 30 days of notification of winning in accordance with clause 18

Prizes will be drawn raffle style and winners won’t get an option for which prize they’ve won.

prize is subject to the following rules:
prize-winning entries shall be selected by UWA at its absolute discretion (subject to clause 15);
prize must be taken as stated at clause 10 and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash;
prize becomes unavailable for any reason, UWA may, but is under no obligation to, substitute a prize of like or equal value;
prize being awarded or received will be the prize winner’s responsibility;
prize or the inability of the prize winner to use the prize due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by the prize winner, or otherwise; and
winner acknowledges and agrees that no other payment, cost, fee or prize is payable to the winner by UWA other than as expressly stated in clauses 10 and 11 above.

prize winner will be determined by UWA via random selection using a random number generator.

prize selection will take place on Friday the 28th of January, 2020 at 10:00am AWST.

prize must be claimed by the winner during Astrofest by 9:00pm on the 29th of February, 2020. Winners will be required to claim their prize by collecting it from Curtin Stadium during the Astrofest event. prize will be provided by UWA at the time it notifies the winner. prize will not be shipped or otherwise delivered to the winner.

prize is not claimed within the Astrofest event, UWA may conduct further draws at Astrofest, at Curtin Stadium on Kent Street at 9:10pm in order to distribute the unclaimed prize. winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by phone or email within five business days of the draw and must claim the prize within 30 days of notification of winning in accordance with clause 18. prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by UWA) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of UWA;
