No entries will be accepted after the close date
However the promoter reserves the right to reject any entries that are seen as duplicating the same or are similar to entries of other entrants multiple times within this competition or entrants who appear at the promoters sole discretion manipulating the spirit of the competition
In the event that multiple substantially similar entries are identified the judges may disqualify one 1 or more of those entries in their sole discretion and the judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters
Ineligible entries will be deemed to be invalid
The 1 one entry that is deemed as being the most creative and original out of all valid entries received will be deemed as the major prize winner
The next 10 ten entries that are deemed as being the next most creative and original out of all valid entries received will be deemed as runner up winners and each runner up winner shall receive a family in season pass ticket to see the grinch

winners will be selected by the Promoter’s panel of judges. winners based on the creativity and originality as exhibited in the entry and the connection to THE GRINCH film. Prize winner and Runner-Up Winners is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the selection of the winners.
winners will be judged by a panel of judges at the Promoter’s office Universal Pictures Australasia Lvl 32, 580 George St Sydney from 10:00am AEDT on Thursday 6 December 2018.
Prize is not claimed by 18:00 AEDT on Monday 10 December 2018 or the entry is deemed invalid for any reason, the Major Prize is forfeited and the entrant deemed as having the second most creative entry shall be awarded the Major Prize (the judges’ decision being final).
Winners and each Runner-Up Winner shall receive a family in-season pass ticket to see THE GRINCH.
Winners’ tickets will be sent directly to the Runner-Up Winners who must have a valid Australian address to enable the delivery of their prize. winners confirming their delivery address after the close of phase 2.

Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and/or costs and are correct at the date of printing terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). prize value between now and the ultimate date individual prizes are awarded.
