Studio 10 is excited to be collaborating with TVSN to discover YOUR GRAND IDEA and give you an opportunity to sell it on TV and make a profit.
All entries will be judged on their individual merit
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible
Tvsn reserves the right to use the content of any or all of the entries received in this competition in any form of media in any manner
Between 25th february 2018 and 28th february 2018 we will consider and assess all entries in the competition
Successful entrants are required to organise their own transport and accommodation
Tvsn is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion including injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries over the internet
All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into our database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant

Prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the prize including without limitation circumstances where in the promoter’s opinion which it shall form in its absolute discretion) a an entrant selected for the prize does not satisfy the competition entry requirements or fails to comply with these terms & conditions or b the promoter cannot conduct the competition or award the prize for any reason beyond its control

Prize means a right to appear on the Show and to utilise the Services prior to appearing on the Show on the 28th of April, 2018 for a 5-15 minute time slot, only.
Prize (and one winner), who will be selected out of the six semi-finalists. Prize entitles the winner to a chance to air and sell their product on the Show on the 28th of April, 2018 in a 5-15 minute time slot, only. winner must be available at the nominated date & time at the studio located at 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086. winner will be responsible for finding their own accommodation and transport to and from the studio.
Prize to cancel the Competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) an Entrant selected for the Prize does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions; or (b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Prize it shall not: (a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition or offer the Prize at any other time.
Prize, using the Services or entering the Competition. Prize, using the Services or entering the Competition, and any insurance provision is the responsibility of the Entrant.
Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
