It is a condition of entry that the winner is able to attend a prize-giving ceremony in Melbourne on or about December 2, 2019.

Essay entries will be accepted until midnight aest monday september 16 2019 closing date

Shortlisted entrants will be notified by the promoters on november 7 2019 and their names announced publicly on november 9 2019

The promoters reserve the right at any time to verify the validity of entrants including an entrant’s identity a citizenship status and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to interfere with the fair and proper conduct of the promotion

All entrants agree to be bound by the tsp privacy policy by submitting an entry

Prize Sum will be paid to the winning entrant within 5 business days after the date of publication of the winning entry by electronic funds transfer.
Prize the winning entrant grants to the Promoters, jointly and severally, a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual right to use, publish, reproduce and reprint the Essay (in whole or in part) on a worldwide basis through all media (including print, digital, radio and social media). Prize, each entrant also consents to the Promoters using their name, likeness, image and /or voice in the event they are shortlisted or the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Prize and the Promoters.
Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoters. Prize or amend these Terms and Conditions with or without notice.
Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the Prize or the Prize Sum to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant.

Prize acknowledge that TSP will provide information from entries to the judging panel and to Aesop for purposes relating to the judging of the Prize, administering of the Prize and Prize Sum and extending invitations to networking and other promotional activities. Prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
