1. The Chance to Win Tickets to the Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix 2019 with
Heineken competition (Competition) is governed by and subject to the following Terms and
Conditions.
2. The promoter of this Competition is Crown Melbourne Limited ABN 46 006 973 262, 8
Whiteman Street, Southbank VIC 3006 (Crown).
3. Participation in this Competition constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Competition commences at 12.00pm on Friday 1 March 2019 and will conclude at
11:59am Thursday 14 March 2019 (Competition Period).
5. Eligible participants in this Competition must be Australian residents and aged eighteen (18)
years of age or over and not prohibited from Crown for any reason in accordance with clause
29 (Participants).
TO ENTER:
6. During the Competition Period, Participants must:
a) Purchase two (2) pints of Heineken (to share) from any of the following venues at Crown
to receive one (1) entry form:
i. The Pub; or
ii. Sports Bar; or
iii. Lumia Bar; or
iv. Jackpot Bar; or
v. Las Vegas Bar; or
vi. Atrium Bar;
subject to venues’ individual trading hours (Participating Venues); and
b) Complete their details on the entry form and place into the Competition box located at a
Participating Venue.
7. No other method of entry will be accepted.
8. Entry forms will strictly be limited to one (1) purchase per Participant per day during the
Competition Period, regardless of the number of Heineken products purchased at a
Participating Venue.
9. A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be available at http://crownmelbourne.com.au
and Participating Venues during the Competition Period.
PRIZE DRAWS AND PRIZES:
10. There will be three (3) separate draws conducted for entries received as follows:
Draw 1: Tuesday 5 March 2019 at 3:00pm Ten (10) valid entries to be drawn
Draw 2: Tuesday 12 March 2019 at 3:00pm Ten (10) valid entries to be drawn
Draw 3: Thursday 14 March 2019 at 3:00pm Five (5) valid entries to be drawn
11. Each winning Participant will receive one (1) General Admission double pass to the Formula
1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix on Sunday 17 March 2019, valued at $181.38 ($90.69 per
ticket).

12. Participants are not required to be in attendance at the times of the prize draws in order to
claim their prize.
13. All costs associated with travel to and from Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix 2019 is
the responsibility of the winner and their guest for the prize.
14. If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend the Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix
2019 at the designated time and date of the event for which they have won tickets, they will
forfeit their prize and Crown is not obliged to substitute the prize.
15. By redeeming the prize, winning Participants agree to be bound by the Formula 1® Rolex
Australian Grand Prix Attendance Conditions available at

pdf.
16. Prizes are strictly non-negotiable, not transferable or redeemable for cash, or other goods
and services.
17. The winners will be notified in writing and via phone.
18. If a Participant is unable to redeem a prize or Crown has been unable to contact the
Participant by 6.00pm Saturday 16 March 2019, that prize will be deemed forfeited.
19. The maximum total value of available prizes for the Competition is $4,534.50.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS:
20. In the event that a prize draw cannot be conducted at the specified time due to unforeseen
circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control, the affected prize draw will take place as
soon as is practicable after the delay has been resolved.
21. If a prize is unavailable for any reason at the time of draw, Crown will instead award the
winner a similar prize of equivalent value (as determined by Crown).
22. Where a Participant (including their guest) is not able to redeem any prize (or part thereof)
due to physical inability or incapacity, poor weather or any other circumstances beyond
Crown’s or the prize provider’s reasonable control, then that prize (or part thereof) will be
forfeited and is not redeemable for cash, or any other prize, goods or services.
23. Crown reserves the right and license to use a selected Participant’s name, suburb,
photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising Crown and the
Crown Entertainment Complex.
24. Crown will handle Participants’ personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act
1988 (Cth) and Crown’s privacy policy, which is available at
https://www.crownmelbourne.com.au/general/privacy-policy.
25. Subject to clauses 6.b), 17, 23 and 24, Participants’ personal information obtained in relation
to this Competition is for the sole use of identifying Participants and winners of the
Competition and will not be disclosed to any other organisations outside of the Competition,
unless such disclosure is required by law.
26. Subject to law, Crown (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to
any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in
connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the
prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that Crown’s liability (if any) arises from an

act or omission of Crown in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to a prize winner in
the ordinary course of Crown’s business.
27. Crown may cancel or modify the Competition, but will only do so if this is unavoidable (for
example, if the Competition cannot run for technical or administrative reasons that cannot
be rectified). Crown will update these Terms and Conditions as soon as is practicable if this
occurs. If the Competition is cancelled, Crown may select the winner(s) from eligible entries
received at the time of cancellation, if appropriate to do so in the circumstances.
28. Employees of the Crown Group of Companies, Crown Resorts, Crown Melbourne, Crown
Perth, Crown Sydney, Crown London Aspinalls and Betfair are not permitted to participate in
this Competition.
29. This Competition is not open to Participants or other persons excluded from the casino
pursuant to the provisions of the Casino Control Act 1991 (Vic) or who are otherwise
prohibited from entering the Crown Entertainment Complex for any reason, including
persons who become prohibited before or after a prize redemption, if applicable (up to the
time of receipt or collection of a prize by a prize winner).
30. Crown shall not be liable in any way if entries are unavailable as a result of technical
malfunction or operator fault.
31. Crown’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final
on every Participant.
32. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification of any
Participant. Disqualification will be at Crown’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be
entered into.
